Delicious blend of chai masala. The most prominent notes to me are the clove and cardamom. When I am to lazy to make my own blend, it is so convenient to have Darsa Organics on hand! It's so efficient to be able to add it when I'm baking up some goods or making a cocktail.

Current price as of date of review: $9.87This is a little "spicier" with the black pepper than I am used to but it is delicious. I have only used this to make chai lattes at home. I think that you get a generous amount of product so I think that the price is really good. I like this and would recommend.

This is a very delicious Organic Chai Masala Powder Spice Blend. I mainly use this for baking, I have a Bundt cake recipe that has a ribbon of spice through the middle and this blend works perfectly in my recipe. I also add some to the powder sugar glaze on top and it really just brings everything together. I did also try it as a hot beverage and it was sweet and spicy and delicious (I did sweeten it with a bit of sweetened condensed milk).I can't wait to experiment with this more, I think it would be great with lots of different recipes both sweet and savory. Very happy with this purchase!

Lack of flavour and complexity. Too hot from the black pepper. Better add turmeric and use it as curry powder instead.

I do really like that this is organic. I also really like that it comes with a shaker option. I'm no expert on chai spice but I have previously used Chai spice in cookies, coffee and cocoa. I like the combination of Chai spices with sweets. I have never before used one with black pepper, and I have to say I am not a fan of the heavy pepper flavor. I did research and the use of pepper is common in Masala Chai but to me, the pepper flavor overwhelms the other flavors. Not realizing the difference I tried it in hot cocoa and I was not able to finish the cup. I will try adding this to tea and savory dishes but I would not recommend it for sweets. I did find the spice to be very fresh and I liked all the flavors except the pepper. Overall I recommend it to people who are familiar with Chai spices and those who love black pepper.

This is a good spice blend. I’ve been adding it to my boba tea to perk it up a bit. It adds a nice bit of flavor and it mixes well if I add it before I add the water - it tends to float on top if I add it last. The shaker lid is nice and it’s a big enough jar to last a long time.

I been using the chai masala powder to make chai tea and it smells and tastes just like regular chai tea. Fresh and delicious.
