My first fitness watch
This little watch tells time accurately, and provides some insights to my daily activities.---- the initial setup ----The watch should be charged with USB first before it would turn on. The initial charging takes less than 15 minutes. Noticing that there is no charging cable in the box and no micro-USB port on the watch, it took me a while to figure out that the band can be pulled apart and a USB plug is integrated on the watch face itself. This design eliminates the need for finding a charging cable. However, the watch face is at a fixed angle from the USB plug, making it difficult to plug the watch into some computer's USB port if nearby ports are occupied. I used a USB extension cable to get around this limitation. The watch must be used with "VeryFitPro" app. The instruction book includes a QR code to locate the app, but scanning this QR code took a while because the book is printed on glossy paper and the glare from my lamp is causing a problem. The download page is in Chinese, but this isn't a problem for me because I can read Chinese. I dislike that the download page is linking to an APK file, and does not include a Google Play Store link. I downloaded the app by searching "VeryFitPro" in Google Play Store. The app is in English, and its setup is kinda easy.---- wearing the watch ----I wear this watch on my right wrist. In order for the heart rate monitoring to work, the watch must be worn tightly. It was uncomfortable at first, but I stopped feeling it after a few hours. The watch is waterproof. I kept it on in the shower, and it was not damaged. However, I had to take it off after the shower, or the wet band would make me uncomfortable.---- sensing features ----Step counting tends to over-count. It counted 16% more miles than my estimation on Google Maps. It also counted steps when I'm showering or lifting in the gym.Speaking of gym, the watch cannot count reps when I'm doing heavy squats. There is a "workout" mode (displayed as "workout" on the watch but "fitness" in the app). If I remember to activate that, it would track my heart rate when I'm lifting. The watch can track my sleep as well. The result somewhat agrees with "Sleep Cycle" app on iPad.---- integration ----The app can publish its data into Google Fit, but the numbers do not agree with what's shown on the app itself.I wanted to get the steps number into MyFitnessPal, but haven't succeeded so far.---- conclusion ----As my first fitness watch, the product is okay. I wish it has more accurate step counting and better integration with other apps. A rep counter for lifting would also be useful.

Mixed feelings
This had many pros and a few cons. For the price it may be worth it. I think I will keep this until it breaks and then upgrade to a better one.ProsComfortableGood priceThe app works wellLove the interfaceGreat battery life.ConsNot totally accurate (woke up and it said I had already done 700 steps)The sleep wasn't accurate at first, but learnedThe whole text message doesn't show upOnly gets about 90% of my text and call alerts.

I'm very disappointed. Unfortunately
It worked for the first 2 days, then the heart rate monitor was no longer accurate. At the peak of my workout, it was showing a resting heart rate. I borrowed my husband's apple watch to compare and the result was obviously different. He also tried to wear it for a day to see if it's working and it wasn't. To view the screen, one has to touch it with so much effort which then affected the number of steps! I'm very disappointed. Unfortunately, I cannot return it as I am now overseas.

I can not recommend to buy this product
This activity tracker and HR tracker worked mediocre at best for me. It did not accurately track my steps or my heart rate doing a few different activities, walking, running, HIIT, all wildly inaccurate. For example, I would run three miles (all at once) and my heart rate would never go above 100- that’s not right. I love good deals but, this may be one where you get what you pay for. I would not recommend this product.

You get what you pay for.
I couldn't start by shelling out hundreds for an activity tracker, so I started with a cheap one. Pretty low quality and the app is horrible. The app is a large part of the experience.Bluetooth connectivity was pretty difficult to maintain. Not worth it.
