The camera is sturdy and very easy to set up through it’s app’ gives a very good field of view and has many features to use with the app’ has a clear image and can be set for sensitivity alert in use with an iPhone excellent value for a piece of mind.

After reviewing the doorbell cameras this one seemed to fit the bill for us, you do have to pay a subscription for the cloud which isn't too bad for one device. The camera works well, the image is good and the battery has been pretty good too. The app is great the only thing that does seem a bit of a palaver not sure if it is just my phone but when trying to answer the door on your phone (IOS) it seems to be automatically on mute so I have to unmute it.

Excellent clear picture but I had to You Tube how to set it up, as it didn't come with any instructions.Battery life is around a month, but you can keep track via the app. It takes around 2-3 hrs to fully charge.I would recommend this product.

Camera was easy to use and set up. Paired with the Arlo app, camera featires are great. However, the camera needs charging regularly and the batter life is shocking! It didn't even last 2 years!!! The camera was completely dead after a year and a half. Didn't turn on..such a waste of money!!! I would not recommended this product.

I ordered the Arlo wireless doorbell with a chime. The doorbell itself was easy to set up with the app but the separate chime was a nightmare - it took weeks of troubleshooting as the app refused to recognize the house wifi and instead set up its own separate one for the chime. Tech support did not respond until 4-6 weeks after, by which I had managed to get the chime working (still not entirely sure how to this day). In terms of day to day- there is a noticeably slight delay between the pressing of the doorbell and the corresponding chime/ringing of the phone - I do however appreciate that I can answer remotely through the phone app and see who is at the door. The battery needed recharging after approximately 4 months of use. It was also simple enough to install on the wall (noting you will need a drill bit). Overall- this is handy for what I needed and works fine day to day, but they need to look into the set-up for the add-on chime and work on their tech support.

This is a great product,great design and works great but when I tried to purchase a spare battery Amazon don’t ship batteries to Ireland,yet they shipped the original doorbell to me in Ireland. Contacted customer support spoke to 4different reps,their advice to me,contact Arlo.Great product from Arlo but very poor service from Amazon

I have had another brand for several years and I was never happy with the picture quality. Installed easy and set up was quick.Linking the chime was simple, battery life seems to be really good.NOTE: you should install so that it is not subjected to rain. This was the second one I purchased, first one was returned because it got wet and wouldn’t charge.

Pour moi, les caméras ARLO font figure de référence en matière de caméras de surveillance extérieures. Ce modèle de base ne déroge pas à la règle et la qualité d'image est très correcte, voire même bonne pour le prix. Accompagné d'un panneau solaire, c'est tout bonnement le TOPAttention toutefois, il est quasi nécessaire de souscrire un abonnement pour bénéficier des services d'avertissement de détection.
