These foot pads are about the consistency of tights. They are very soft, stretchy, easy to pull on, and you can wear them under socks for all-day wear, or just wear them for sleep. They really do help cracked heels, if you first add some foot cream to heels and pull these foot pads over it. This works better than just applying foot cream alone. See in my photo: they have a rubbery pad inside that holds in the moisturizing cream, to allow you the full benefits of moisturizing. You just need to place this rubbery part directly under your heels and it works well! You get two pairs, which is great, because you can wash one pair and wear the other while the washed pair is drying. I would wash these by hand and air-dry them, especially to avoid ruining the rubbery pads. The price is very reasonable for these foot pads. Now I won’t have to deal with cracked heels anymore!
