At just 7W power I thought this is going to be a bit dim but was pleasantly surprised how bright the lamp actually is, this is the switch on and off half wall lamp and not the lamp with the PIR sensor.Timeless design which will look good on any property, it is just plastic but probably perfect for the British weather, looks very good and also comes with a 5 year guarantee which is very good at this price point.It's extremely cheap to run and lets face it we are all looking to save money where we can with appliances these days ~ think I've changed just about everything in the house over now to LED lights due to the savings.Not much more I can say really but very pleased with this lamp & recommended

Sensor kept operating on its own

This is an outdoor mains sensor lantern that attaches flush to a wall, it was straightforward to mount via 2 screws and the wiring is mounted in a small compartment it comes with Live and neutral connections only, no earth, as this is an outside light and will be exposed to the elements I think the addition of an earth connection would be an added safety feature. There are 2 adjustable screws where dusk mode and time light stay on after being triggered can be adjusted. The sensor has a small range so you need to be within a metre or 2 of the device to trigger itI am disappointed in the build quality here the plastic is fragile and as can be seen in one of my photos there are gaps between frosted plastic and the frame, I am unsure how long this light will last but I don't have high hopes
