The Thylacine, Tazmanian Tiger, or Marsupial Wolf was the largest marsupial carnivore in modern times. Identification as both Tiger and Wolf may be due to the animal's mix of canine and feline skeletal features. The complete skull and most of the skeleton is canine, but the forelegs are more feline. The forelegs could grasp prey leading to an arguably "feline hunting style," Not to mention the stripes. Lacking concrete evidence of its survival, the thylacine is widely believed to be extinct.

Animal figure collectors, this one is first class all the way! The sculpting and painting are perfect. Item is packed with cardboard between the legs to prevent any bending. This is the first figure I've bought made by Southlands Replicas, but will definitely will not be the last!

The recipient absolutely loved it. He wasn't quite sure the anatomy/color was spot-on, but that didn't get in the way of his thoroughly enjoying the figure.
