As I do suffer with high blood pressure I do have an Omron Blood Pressure Monitor, which is one of a few brands that your GP will accept for accurate readings. I have always found that the cuff that comes with the monitor is rather stiff, and not at all like the ones that are in use in the GP's office. This cuff from Huiguli looks and feels much more like the one my GP uses.The cuff itself did not come with any instructions, though you should not really need any if you have your own BP monitor, though it does come with four adapters of different types in a small resealable plastic packet.Other than the adapters in the bag, there is a white adapter connected to the hose by default. Unfortunately it is not the correct one for my BP monitor, and it was a real effort to get the nozzle off so I could attach the correct one. I was beginning to think it was supposed to be on there and another attachment piece was missing. After many attempts at pulling the hose as hard as I could, I eventually managed to get it to give a little. I don't have much in the way of nails but with the tiny bit of movement I could just about work my way around the lip so more of a gap appeared all around and I eventually managed to get the darned thing off! In contrast, adding the correct attachment was an absolute doddle and thank god I don't have to do that again because I almost gave up on it. I also note that other reviewers have had similar problems.With the correct adapter attached the rest was plain sailing; simply slot it into the BP monitor, put the cuff on your arm and adjust to fit then switch the monitor on and let it do its thing. Results were as expected for me and it was much more comfortable than the stock cuff.If I was feeling mean I would dock 1 star because of the difficulty removing the default adapter. There really is no need for it to be attached by default when they give you a pack of different connectors. As I am feeling generous though, and the cuff is reasonably priced, I have left it at 5 stars as it does work as intended.

As mentioned by another Vine reviewer, the default attachment fitting on the hose is a royal pain to remove and I had to reach for the scalpel to cut it off. None of the supplied attachments fitted any of the blood pressure machines at the surgery so this was frustrating and we had to cobble together an attachment to one of the fittings from one of our Omron or Intellisense machines.In use, the accuracy of the measurement is also in doubt... (pressure differential of 20mmHg) so with no redeeming features this cuff sadly ended up in the bin. This is a shame as bariatric or large cuffs are more in demand these days...

The cuff was supposed to come with 6 adaptors, it came with only 5. The adaptor that we required was missing.

Dies ist nicht zum Veröffentlichen bestimmt: Blöderweise hatte ich die alte Manschette (undicht im Laufe der Zeit geworden) entsorgt und das Adapterstück für das aponorm Blutdruckmessgerät by microlife Modell professionell mit entsorgt. Die beiliegenden Adapter passen nicht wirklich gut. Wo kann ich so einen Adapter herbekommen. Ich habe gesucht, aber bisher erfolglos. Haben Sie einen Tip? Danke im voraus. Becker

Tutto come da descrizione.Leggendo i commenti mi aspettavo qualche difficoltà nel mettere l'adattatore giusto per collegarlo alla macchinetta. Invece è stato semplice. Solo due minuti e la macchinetta della pressione va benissimo. Molto soddisfatta.
