I like these rings, which increase in resistance the harder your squeeze (as circular things do). I had never used pilates rings before, but there are a lot of stretches and exercises you can do with them. The padding keeps them from digging in, so they are pretty comfy. They feel sturdy and durable. Very pleased!

This Pilates ring circle does what it is supposed to. It has resistance and does it comfortably. So why did I dock a star? Little reasons more for aesthetics, really. The pads protecting the fiberglass hoop don't fully cover. I have a 12" circle and the padding meets right up to the braces. This one exposes about 1 to 1.5" on both sides. Again - not a huge deal and doesn't affect the function - but for $19.99, I feel it could look a little less 'just get it done'.Resistance is a little lighter than my 12" circle as well. I'd put it at a light-to-maybe medium resistance.But, overall - it does what it sets out to do and is, indeed 14".

If you are wearing heavier yoga pants this might be comfortable enough to use. I found that the pads easily slip on my thighs and legs. The ring itself creaks like it is cracking. I have this fear that the fiberglass will shatter and cut my legs up as I use it. Maybe if the ring didn't make noise or slip on my legs, I might trust it more.

This ring is exactly what I needed for pelvic exercises! The ring is strong, durable, and has as much resistance as I need. I use it everyday

This Pilates ring is great for beginners or someone who just needs some light Pilates equipment at home when they can’t get to a studio. I’m happy with the quality for the price, and it will work well for my needs. It has a good resistance, but it will take longer use to see if the resistance holds up.

This comes with 1 Pilates ring circle unless you choose 2. It isn't the prettiest I've seen, but it does the job. It held up with a typical workout.

I have taken Pilates for years in a studio and have been accustomed to their professional equipment. But I can't afford that for home use. I've gone to a couple of different Pilates and yoga focused sports equipment stores and have always been disappointed in the cost of the good rings and the quality of the inexpensive rings. I would say that this one falls in between.I only recently got this, so I haven't had a chance to put a lot of wear and tear on it, but so far it works great.
