Under God the People Rule
Excellent read with many of Krisi’s personal experiences of how our country’s government needs change. This book contains many reasons and encouraging words to step up and get involved in any public work! After reading, I would love to know the true insides of our nations government!Final comment- I am a very proud South Dakotan, thank you to Governor Noem for using her god given talents to run our state effectively.

Yes, it's all there.
I bought this book for the sole purpose of verifying the barbarity of Noem killing an untrained hunting dog that she didn't have the horsesense to keep restrained, allowing the dog Cricket to kill chickens. The untrained, unrestrained dog was following her instincts. Noem brazenly puts in print, "I hated that dog," then executes Cricket in a gravel pit. Then, astoundingly, on the same day, Noem executes an uncastrated billy goat for being a goat in the same gravel pit. Noem clearly misunderstood the outrage of both the left and the right over killing an untrained young pounter. (Yes, 14 months is still a puppy for these breeds.) What kind of person "hates" a dog so much as to execute it? For ruining a pheasant shoot where the penalty is death? Judge Jeanine Pirro rightly observed Americans are a society of dog lovers. In a time where politicians adopt dogs and are photographed kissing them, Noem brags about shooting them execution-style. A public relations disaster.

TOUGH TIMES --- CALL FOR HARD DECISIONS
This book not as pleasant read as her “Not my First Rodeo” - but then today all over the world facing tougher times than it was two years ago.At the end of October, 2023 in Oslo, Norway --- migration and justice ministers from Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Norway as well as Iceland announced a deal to strengthen efforts for migrants to return to their countries of origin, and to deport illegal residents to third countries. If immigration is the #1 issue troubling American voters, along with economic hardships — visiting the countries of the Scandinavian peninsula to find out what is working since last year when the plan was laid out — and what’s not; what is applicable to the illegal migrant crisis in the United States and what’s not - could be very productive. Kristi Noem as VP tackling US illegal immigration ---a daunting challenge not many would be up to the task . . .. P.S. - all the countries of Scandinavian have high rating on transparency international .org —- & none by the way have E-voting machines. New Zealand is also high in the ratings . . paper ballots / hand counted and NO DRAMA at election time - that's enough to make Americans cry. I reviewed this book and live in Hawkes Bay, New Zealand.

Save Your Money - Borrow Book from Library
Didn’t enjoy reading this at all. Odd structure jumps around a lot. Mentions many events, but only provides sufficient detail for precious few of them. Writing as book of essays would make more sense.Still contains factual errors beyond those mentioned in media e.g. South Dakota was only state that didn’t shut down during covid. What about Utah, Iowa, Arkansas and others? Would also benefit from more careful proofreading. On positive side, it is short and easy read.

The main emphasis is to encourage individuals to get involved in saving this nation
Much of the book surrounds what has been transpiring in South Dakota.I read her previous book and enjoyed it. This book was quite different, and focused mainly on what needs to be done to help save this nation and the importance of the individual at the grass roots. And yes, she shot the dog and a goat. She went into a little detail about the why and I am sure she could have written more to possibly explain it, but it is not the end of the world as the negative reviews make it out to be.I would recommend this book for anyone serious about what they can do to help save our Republic.

the book that ended a candidacy
This is a worshipful love song to Donald Trump. Noem brings him up again and again, whether he has anything to do with the situation and the result seems a cringeworthy effort to present herself as his ideal Veep. Her execution of her dog has been rightly criticized as have the false references to Kim Jong Un and Emanuel Macron. The writing is poor, the spirit is mean.

Proven and effective leadership for a better tomorrow
I am proud and grateful to be a beneficiary of Governor Noem's wise leadership.South Dakota remained open during Covid, is economically stable and thriving, is the best place to raise a family and continues to move forward on a positive, healthy path.To any who may have tripped over critical claptrap surrounding a couple items in this book, may I recommend you do your own informative homework by reading the whole book and kindly look at the whole balanced result of effective, positive leadership. We need more people like Governor Noem who offer solutions, support and defend the constitution, while remaining true to "under God the people rule".

Just got it today
The media could not be loaded. I haven’t read the book but it’s never a great start when the back pages are completely messed up.
