Basic
Very basic but dose the job well the instructions weren't to clear they needed so sort of a key to show you what was what but took my partner little over half an hour to complete. The slats are little on firm side as I'm used to wooden ones which normally have some give but over all good for the price

Cheap and cheerful
A simple bed box, for 75 quid this isn't bad. It isn't going to break the bank, but it also isn't going to impress anyone turning up. It comes in one slim box, and I asked the seller for a PDF of the instructions, and they complied very quickly, which was nice to know. I put the bed together but it took me some time doing it alone, and I'll be honest it nearly took me 3 hours because some parts are a little bit fiddly and it's not the easiest to follow the instructions and hold something and tie in something else. The bed frame at the end is very strong, and very sturdy, but the slats are not traditional, and they rattle and they're not the strongest that I've ever used. I am very happy with the overall performance with a mattress on top, and this makes perfect sense for those that want to have a bed on a budget, or need a guest bed and don't want a head frame with it. I didn't find it very easy to move around after it was built, because it's quite heavy, and it is a definitely a two-man job to speed things up and make things easy.

far superior than the wooden frames
For a bed frame this product is far superior than the wooden frames that have latts that tend to warp, bow and even snap after only a few months of use.I do have one of those wooden frames and when comparing the strength and quality I am so pleased to get this metal one.The frame is easy to assemble and is made from good quality steel tubing. The only negative point is that one will need to drill and tap holes to the frame if one requires a headboard to be fitted. Should that be the case it will be a quick job with a drill bit for metal and should one not have one it only costs around a fiver to buy a tapping bit.One good advantage is that one can drill into the frame and attach rails to support the mattress and without weakening it. Additionally, one can put some wooden boards to give more firmness and support for the mattress.Wooden frames tend to be a lot more expensive than this product and considering it is produced from steel tubing the budget price range it falls into makes this bed frame very good value and especially when considering that this is a king size and not a double.Overall I do like this product as it is a good quality one that delivers good value and I am recommending it.

VERY basic but ok
This is very basic but does the job. It started to bow when i pressed on the crossbars and i'm not heavy so i'm not sure how it would handle 2 people on one side. For the price i expected it to be more substantial. It looks nice and will be going in my childs room so the issues i mentioned don't concern me but are worth being aware of. So far my daughter is happy with her new big bed and thats the main thing for me ;)

Plain but Functional Design. Sturdy
My son is delighted to have an upgrade to his bedroom with this bed frame. The understated design and black powder coated finish is perfect for any self-respecting teenager! The bed arrived in a relatively compact box. There were a lot of parts, but most of them were the slats, so with these set to one side it looked less daunting. Basic tools are included, but we used our own which made it much easier. It took 2 of us just over an hour to put together, so I didn’t think that was too bad. I worried that the bed would be too firm, with the slats being metal (I’m used to slats being wood and having some spring to them), but once the mattress was on I couldn’t tell any difference.I’m also delighted with the amount of clearance underneath and have bought some new storage boxes on wheels to slide under for extra storage space.Overall, I’m very happy with it and my son is too!

Sturdy bed frame
The HOMERECOMMEND King Size Bed Frame is great! It's a big, strong bed. I like that it has storage underneath, so you can keep things organized. It gives good support and doesn't make any noise. Overall, it's a really good bed frame for a big bed. Recommend!
