I can't vouch for it in use - I mistakenly ordered this when I actually needed a MINI HDMI not a MICRO HDMI. So there you go - this is a MICRO HDMI which is a smaller more compact and block shaped connector than the slimmer and wider MINI connector.That said - this comes in its own sealed bag, the moulded on end plugs are sturdy, of decent size and shape with rounded shoulders, connectors are gold plated and covered with a removable clear plastic protector (to ensure they arrive in good condition) - these are removed in use - but can be plugged back on for protection.The cable is quite thin for the specification but still feels stiff and therefore well shielded. It is marked:"High Speed HDMI cable with Ethernet AWM Style 20276 80degreesC 30v VW-1 Cabblesson Serial #98M1k".Whilst I have no idea what this means, it seems impressive compared to plain black plastic cable with no printing - so must be a plus?1.5M measures from end of plug to end of plug that the HDMI connectors come out of. Whilst its not what I need right now - for this money it's very good value - I will keep it - I'm sure it will become of use at some point in the future.

As the title suggests the item works and works well so far. Linking my Kindle Fire up to my TV has made accessing Lovefilm so much easier. It does not feel as high quality as some similar items but so far it has worked with no issues. For the price I may even buy a spare now just in case.

This is a high quality product, that comes with little caps to cover the connectors. The only downside for me is the length of the lead.I'm using this lead on a blackberry playbook and a Motorola xoom running cyanogenmod 10

Item as described, being used to hook up my wife's Kindle Fire HD to the TV in the front room to stream movies etc. Works great for this purposeSeems fairly solid in construction (but the kids haven't got to it yet so that will be the real test!!)Good product, would recommend.

It does what you expect it to do at a price that is better than others can't beat. Connectors are fine.
