I wanted to give this pillow a great review. Now the pillow is great quality, I have ordered twice and feel like both times my order has been mixed up . But there is no size or texture on the pillow to know . My first order was a king medium and well let’s just say the measurements were about 3 inches shorter then listed so they sent me a standard pilllow . My second order was a king soft . The pillow length was right but the pillow is very firm not a soft like I ordered and again with no tag on the pillow how am I to know . I think they messed up my order again ! Sadly a disappointing.

The pillow is a little firmer than I expected and height is more than I need, still debating this issue. I will try again after purchase of talalay latex mattress topper.I do like the bounce back factor. And it is soft to touch.There is strong smell upon opening. I let it air out for a couple of days it is not noticeable now.Overall I conclude the pillow is a good buy for a back sleeper. I am a side sleeper.

I definitely like this pillow. I bought the firm pillow. I would describe it as springy. My head sinks into it enough to feel comfortable but the pillow does push against me noticeably. This supplies the support I’m looking for. It makes side sleeping infinitely nicer. The cooling properties are no joke. While it does get to your body temperature, it doesn’t ramp up the heat like crazy.

Too firm for soft

As a side sleeper who usually ends up with too soft a pillow with nearly every brand I go with, I have to say this one is way TOO firm. I woke up with a sorer neck than before due to the hardness. I wish I had gone with a medium.
