When I purchased my first 2 packages of these casings, it was a guess really. I had never made sausage before and tons of products to sift through. I am SO glad I stopped when I seen these and purchased! These are very nice casings. Super easy to rehydrate and rinse. They are very easy to load onto the horn and to fill. I have since gone through 2 packages of casings and am ordering more!! I make alot of rabbit boudin and brats. These stuff really well with both types of filling, though you do have to link your boudin as you go or the casing will tear when you try to link. Boudin is super thick though and for a casing to withstand twisting of that, I would not want to try and chew it! These grill up delicious and crisp. I also cook in the air fryer! These also crisp up good in the air fryer!! I have even tried baking the sausages. The casings still done great! I highly recommend these casings!!! I don't think you will be disapointed!!!

I've used this brand multiple times before with great results, but this was my first time purchasing from this particular seller. Be advised when it says a two pack of casings that make up to 25 pounds that means 25 pounds for both packages combined. They are not selling two packages that each make 25 pounds even though each individual bag is labeled as such. Tried to make 12 pounds of sausage today and ran out of casings a little after 10 pounds.Each bag actually individually says 'Makes approx. 25 lbs" and you get two of them so you'd think that means 50# but that is woefully inaccurate. Wouldn't go so far as to yell SCAM but definitely deceptively worded both online and on the package.Casings were also a bit on the small side for having been advertised as 32-38 mm. About 1/3 of them were normal but the rest were small. I dunno, I like this brand but something about what I received from this seller doesn't sit well with me. Will buy again but probably from a local store where I can see what I'm getting. If you compare this with what you get at Fleet Farm or a local butcher the package looks identical but larger with more casings inside. Just an odd experience all around.

Disclaimer, this was my first attempt at making sausages. I do not have previous experience to compare to. With that out of the way, these were great! I watched several videos on the process before starting. I rinsed all the salt off and let them soak in a bowl of cold water. Then, after some time (not sure how long, they soaked while I prepared the sausage meat, maybe half an hour) I untangled them and found one for use. I then proceeded to rinse out the inside like I had seen in the videos. Everything worked perfectly!I did not have any of them rip or tear and did not find any holes. I admit that I only made about 6lbs of sausage and did not use the whole pack. I guess there could be some that had holes, but I have yet to come across any. And they were all long pieces, no tiny bits. And, I am not sure if it was supposed to include 2 packages, but I got 2 with my order. I was very pleased with my order and will absolutely order again the next time I need some!But, do yourself a favor if you are not familiar with the process. Go watch some tutorials and understand the steps.

Es buen producto pero en los últimos pedidos esta llegando con perforaciones ocasionando daños al rellenar y amarrar, no puedo utilizar mi amarradora automática porque se revienta con facilidad, cosa que no pasaba con anteriores, realmente no se si localidad está bajando.
