This is a good quality calcium supplement, and it has the added benefit of magnesium as well. It is a very easy to take gelcap, with a recommended dosage 2 gelcaps a day. They recommend that you take these 20-30 minutes before you eat, so I take them with my morning coffee (right before breakfast). I haven’t noticed any off-putting smell or taste, and no negative side-effects, like an upset stomach. It is still too soon to know if it will make a difference, but I have made it a daily part of my vitamin regime. I am at that age where extra calcium is important, and this one seems to be good quality.

The item I received was completely sealed and with a safety screw cap lid. Underneath was a foil covering which was quite difficult to remove, but at least the soft gel capsules were completely safe and secure.I have recently been trying to get extra calcium due to dental issues with bone loss and have often heard about magnesium's benefits as well as vitamin D so I thought I'd give this one a go.I have been taking 2 soft gels daily; as suggested for best results: Take 2 tablets 20-30 minutes before food.The tablets are of a reasonable size and go down easily which is helpful for people who often struggle with swallowing pills' like myself.Since I have been taking these pills for roughly 3 weeks, I can't really say I have noticed any significant difference to my physical health, although I do feel a bit more relaxed overall and emotionally calm, which I believe is one of the core benefits of taking Magnesium. I have felt fine physically but the only way I will truly know if it helped my teeth, bones and immune system is if after completing the daily supplement, I find my health dips a little and therefore it did benefit me without me realising. I will continue to take the supplements daily to see if there is any change and I will update my review if relevant.

These are things that are really important for good bone, muscle & heart health.You get 120 capsules in the tub, you will need to take 2 a day so they should last you for 2 months. It states to take 2 capsules with water about 20-30 minutes before you eat. This is a little annoying as I’m not great at remembering before a meal.I thought these capsules were soft gels but they’re actually very hard. If you struggle with swallowing harder capsules like I do then you may struggle with these.These capsules are gluten-free and they don’t contain any artificial colours or preservatives. They don’t have a flavour so you can’t taste anything when taking them.
