Ok if you're looking for the heat this is the one! I've bought 2 different brands of this cream & this one is HOTT! It literally feels like you have a very hot heating pad on you if u put it on right out of the shower! The other is like ice water. I love that I can have both. The other one is by Majestic Pure Cosmetics (cold). I recommend both 100%

WOW! So okay i ordered this because it was on sale. I ordered two bottles just in case it worked I'd be set. Received product very fast, well packaged, and in great condition. So when i first tried out the product I was like "Nope I need a refund, it's not working." I tried it on my wrist while my skin was dry I was so upset, because I suffer with Rheumatoid Arthritis. I've used IcyHot even before being diagnosed but one day I had to call it quits, because it literally burned my skin causing an ugly dark mark on my lower back. So anyway back to my review on product, I was washing dishes and dried hands I thought I'm going to give it another go and I did. Maybe because my pores were open but i felt the heat. It's not overbearing heat where you feel your skin is on fire, but a good heat sensation. Don't underestimate this product like I initially did. The smell OMG like sweet oranges and that was another reason why i underestimated product. I thought how can something that smells like sweet oranges work for heat but sure enough IT DOES WORK. Also I'd like to point out that the heat doesn't transfer and by that I mean, like with IcyHot you can leave the sensation on another person's skin, this is another reason I'm choosing to stick with this product, so it doesn't rub off on my 3 month old baby.

AWESOME-- Does What It Says....Heat Up!
This HOT cream is just that! You can feel the warm sensation where ever you massage it in on your body. For intense muscle fatigue, use after a shower/bath. While skin is still damp, rub the cream into the designated areas of the body. Now remember, you not feeling the sensation immediately, however with a few minutes or so you should. This is NOT for the faint of heart or sensitivities.

I am in love with this stuff! After looking around I found this to be the best product to use with my sauna tank top and boy does it work. It doesn't burn my skin like some people say. It gives you q warm feeling as if you had a heated blanket on you. My husband loves it for his sore muscles

Did not do much for me
It burns nd itches, but it smells good. After two months, I saw a very small improvement. After first use, it doesn’t burn or itch, but fter that... Oh boy! I barely could tolerate it. After suffering for two months, I gave up
