I recently discovered Aquacor for helping skin to lighten up scars. I learned that this works because it keeps the skin hydrated and encourages the scarred skin to slough off as the skin cells formed. So, I thought maybe let’s try this for my much neglected elbows. The trouble is, elbows are everywhere, so how do you keep the ointment on? Mederma is good, but it is basically onion peel, so this would not be good for elbows. Bandages won’t stick and I have recently had an allergic reaction to an adhesive, so I want to avoid anything that is sticky. Wrapping my elbow in layers tied with a handkerchief was bulky and awkward. So then I discovered this listing wihich mentioned that these sleeves could be used for feet or for elbows. So, I decided to give it a try.I have average sized arms. And they were quite snug at first. But, I was able to get them on without much of an issue. Men and women with big arms might not be able to do this.The nice thing is that the silicone area was large enough to make the elbow area easy to cover without getting ointment on the knit part. At one point, I rolled it down to let the indentation fade. And my elbow was still nicely covered.I was able to go about my day with it covered. I like the fact that I can go out at about with my elbow still covered in the moisture - not just at night. And, I like the fact that I could wear it out or cover it with a jacket and keep the treatment going incognito,The big surprise for me is, in less than a day, I already see a marked improvement in my elbow! I am thrilled. I had expected to keep it going for the long haul and I remain prepared to do so, but I am shocked by how much improvement there is in such a short amount of time.So, I recommend this for the elbows of people with small to average sized arms.

Been using these for about a week now and they do a good job. I'm using some GoldBond lotion with these and they do a good job retaining the lotion without seeping through the socks. The inner solicone heel cup works pretty good. Only complaint is that these, right out of the package, had loose threads on them and was only made worse when I washed these. Best to let these air dry due to the silicone in the socks.

I like the open toe design of this sock. It provides enough support/material in the heel to get the moisture you need. I use it with two different heel moisturizers (at different times) that seem to partner well with the socks. The threading unravels and they lose there color (I have black). I still recommend them.

My daughter has sensory issues and this has been by far the best sock for her. She doesn’t have to worry about the toe seems.

At least I think they will. I received these yesterday and immediately put them on and wore them overnight. This morning my heels felt soft and moisturized. Obviously, I haven't washed them yet, because I didn't want to immediately wash away some of the moisturizing properties of these socks, but that will be a later point for review. I bought them because I live in the desert southwest and we have tile everywhere in our homes, which draws the moisture right out of your feet - especially if you go barefooted a lot, like me. My pedicures can't keep up at once a month and I'm not willing to spend more to go more frequently, so I was looking for something to add moisture between appointments. I liked the fact that they said you could also use your own foot cream, because I'm sure these will eventually lose some of their effectiveness. However, what this sock does is keep the moisturizer on your foot instead of wicking it away like a regular sock. When I put foot cream on and then a regular sock, when I took off the sock, all the cream had been wicked away. Based on my first experience, I'm keeping my fingers that this is the answer to a problem I've been trying to solve for quite some time.

I bought these to cover horrible spider veins around my ankles and something I could wear with toes exposed for thong type sandals. These fit the bill perfectly.

I bought these because my heels were dry. Living in the Prairies and during winter, your skin gets dry. I lather my heels and put the socks on. My only complaint is I wish they were a little bigger. I find them a little tight especially when I use them in the evening and my feet are swollen.

I purchased Bememo Soft Ventilate Gel Heel Socks Open Toe Socks for Dry Hard Cracked Skin Moisturizing Day Night Care Skin, 3 Pairs (Black) and they were very small and tight on my feet. Would not work. So I ordered these thinking XL, should be good. Was totally 110% WRONG. These actually feel smaller, like significantly smaller. To the point were I double checked to make sure I ordered the correct item. I’ve had them on less than 1/2 hour hand have had to take them off as my feet felt like they had a couple very tight ropes around them. Yes I know I have wide feet but these are no were near XL. To the point I really do think they have been sent wrong, even knowing they were not.If you have bigger, width wise, feet DO NOT BE FOOLED into thinking these will fit, they WON’T.

I loved the socks, they added a softness to your step with the paded heel and seemed to keep the heel moist ...but then I washed them and they completely unraveled in the wash and tangled around all my other clothes , .. there was nothing left of them but a long string of ...VERY DISAPOINTING

Very cheaply made. Come apart into a million strings when washed.
