This makes the app more fun and has my daughter and I wanting to read to help her attract the cats that are her favorite. Despite the book having been used the stickers were untouched and I find the purchase to be a hidden gem here on Amazon. Love.

My boyfriend bought this as gift me and I love it, love the game and cats. The book has cute haiku and pics of the cats. This is just such a nice little gift. Very happy with it

If you love cats and Neko Atsume, do NOT miss out on this beautiful and witty poetic treasure! Such lovely and adorable haikus, all about our beloved feline friends. I've been playing Neko Atsume and avidly collecting the merchandise since February 2016. I'm so pleased that the Japanese Neko Atsume books are being translated so English-speaking fans of the best cat-themed App game on Earth can finally enjoy them!I ordered this along with "Where Am I Meow?", and I couldn't be more delighted. "Neko Atsume Haiku" is chock-full of the most heartwarming and funny cat-themed haikus, and absolutely adorable illustrations of the cats from the famous mobile game.The poems, all written in the traditional Japanese haiku style, are simple and sweet, entertaining and fun to read for both kids and adults. The book is separated into sections, with the haikus and cat illustrations being based on each of the four seasons. Some haikus are centered around specific cat characters.I particularly love all the haikus about Tubbs, especially the heartwarming springtime one where he is serenely lying beneath a cherry blossom tree with a full, perfectly round tummy, and the humorous one in which he is trying to fit into the cat tunnel. I just wish there were more haikus centered around Conductor Whiskers -- he gets one that suits him purr-fectly, but I would love to read more poems about him and his affinity for trains.Also included in the book are cute little profile sections for each cat in the game (before Frosty and the newer cats were added, mind you) that you can optionally fill in with your own memos, plus a sheet of Neko stickers at the back!All of these poems and illustrations about the Neko Atsume cats make me smile and warm my heart so much. I love how the Japanese cultural themes and traditions were kept intact in the translated haikus as well. It's purr-fect! Great to read before bed, with my three cats gathered around me, enjoying the poems as well; it is so relaxing and cheerful, a true delight to read.I really hope Viz Media translates all the Japanese Neko Atsume books -- I need more of these adorable cat poems and stories to brighten my day! Highly recommended to Neko Atsume fans and cat lovers!

Cute enjoyable

I bought this as a gift for my girlfriend at the time, who loves Neko Atsume. She looked through it once, and it has sat on the bookshelf ever since. It has really great, cute artwork, but it just doesn't hold its value for very long. Perhaps only ideal for children or super hardcore Neko Atsume merchandise collectors.Additionally, the spot UV on the front cover was misaligned. Perhaps just a misprint, but definitely made the cover look weird.
