My thoughts on the bad reviews:It needs to be thin enough depending on the side of the rug you purchased, to be able to fit inside the washing machine, im not sure how people would expect a rug to fit inside a washer other wise. With regards to the wrinkles, most medium sized rugs I've ordered from amazon come folded and after some time they come out. I will give it time like every other rug I've purchased.My thoughts on the rug:Stunning! The top layer is so so so much softer than I thought it was going to be it's plush and cosy I love it!! Feels almost as soft as the expensive one in my living room, minus the thickness. The non slip backing is the best non slip rug I've ever purchased it ACTUALLY has GRIP unlike most claim and i certainlywont be needing my double sided tape for this rug as is usually the case, it's almost rubbery (maybe it is rubber I'm not sure)I never leave reviews but this is the best washable rug I've ever purchased and I have bought loads over the years. Super super happy! Beautiful colour too.

This is a fantastic rug to have in the middle of our living room as our dog isn't that great on our new laminate. It is very lightweight and therefore moves around a lot so we had to buy a underlay underneath. It cleans up easy and can also be put in the washing machine. I'd say it's great value for money if you're not looking for anything fancy. It's soft and functions as a rug is expected to do.You will need to give it months for all the crease from it being packaged folded to disappear, we've had it 9 months now and not a crease in sight.

It is exactly what it says it is. Knocked one star off as I expected it to be slightly darker navy but it is still dark. Non slip is brilliant, it’s slim so more like a mat rather than a rug. Non slip is brilliant. Also comes folded so has creases but a towel over it and ironed took the creases out instantly. Very pleased overall

I loved the first rug so much, I bought another one. I rarely give reviews, let alone 5 star, but this product deserves it. It’s soft, good quality and the only rug I ever bought that doesn’t slip on our floor. Apparently it’s machine washable but I haven’t tried this yet. Yes, it takes a while for the creases to come out- but they do come out over time. We put heavy books along the creases for the first few days to speed this along. Thinking about buying a third !

I know you have explained that you fold it up to save space, but as the rug is going under my coffee table, I can’t see how the creases will disappear in 2 weeks? Would have preferred it rolled. Apart from that, it looks ok

Thin, durable, washable, ideal for what I needed. Not soft or fluffy just... flat

Purchased a rug base so this rug wouldn’t stick and don’t need it! I have a slippy tiled floor and this doesn’t budge :)
