Unfortunately I had to use this product yesterday after a fall, but FORTUNATELY I had purchased this lift a few months ago.With the help of my son and the lift doing all the heavy lifting, I was able to get off the ground without calling 911. If you or a loved one are unable to help yourself, this is a handy tool. Great for people with disabilities and/or mobility issues.I have MS and have frequent falls, in the past I would call 911 for assistance but, not anymore. Thank you for making a great, easy to use product.

very sturdy and dependable. I had another one before this and was half the price of this but I would pay for this even triple the price.

The media could not be loaded. The box when delivered was very heavy for me to handle. But, the package has nice cutout to drag the box. I ordered it for my 93 yr old mother.Assembly can be a task as the main instruction to assemble the legs is not clear. But, can be easily figured out using the picture of the unit.Now the product:It is a good sturdy unit. That explains why so heavy.Operation going up and down is very quiet. In down position it goes almost to the ground (1/2” off).Going up and down speed is fairly reasonable as this is a lift assist device. Up position goes quite high. Actually, you can get off standing up. And, the arm rests can be folded up to get out from side if needed.I may not need it but I just bought it as an insurance.From past experience with my father I believe it is worth the investment. Yes, it is not cheap but it is a good value.Update:Last night my mother fall trying to stand up.Sure enough , this equipment came to rescue. A bit heavy for me to bring it Upstairs. But still, that’s easier than lifting my mother up to the bed from floor just by myself. The wheels helped rolling it up the stairs. Brought it up and put her on the seat. It Worked like it is supposed to and put her back in the bed. I could have hurt her more and myself lifting her by myself. This is unbelievable. I am glad I kept it ready.Anyone who has very old family member, this is a huge help. I highly recommend. To me it is 10 stars.

This was money well spent. Worth every penny. I have fallen a few times and was able to crawl to it and scoot my butt on the seat with ease. I have used it to lower myself to the floor to fix things and exercise. It is safe, sturdy and very comfortable.

Do Not purchase this product because of poor product support. We have been trying to contact the parts supplier to no avail. Their phones are ALWAYS BUSY and they NEVER are available by email. We have been trying to reach them to get a linear actuator, which is the hydraulic lift mechanism, that works. Instead, they sent us a linear actuator that is defective. This product supposedly has a 1-year warranty. It is obvious that this company has NO INTENTION OF HONORING THIS WARRANTY. I encourage you to avoid this product at all cost.

The unit appears solid and works extremely well. Assembly was quick and easy, however I had to use my own 13mm wrench and socket set to assist that assembly, as only the hex wrench for the two included bolts was provided. The 8 13mm nuts needed a wrench to tighten. A crescent wrench might have been too large. Fortunately, I have not yet fallen to try it out. It raised my wife easily trying it out. It does raise and lower slowly but very quiet. The 5-inch rear wheels roll easily on hard surfaces, but a little more difficulty on carpeted surfaces. Murphy's law, I rarely fall on carpeted surfaces.

Nice unit. I has helped me get my mom off the floor, so was pleased.A couple of minor caveats: 1) the seat does not come down all the way to the floor so the person somehow needs to hop into the seat or you need to help them move. I struggled with this but was told a transfer board may help; 2) the battery unit attachment seems weird. Mine was completely loose when unit arrived. I called the number in the box and they told me one thing and an email told me something else. Basically it was not broken! They send me a doc explaning how it is attached.

This lift has saved us much money just in ambulance calls. Before the lift I would have to call 911 to get my husband up from a fall. I can take it outside to get him back on his feet. Easy to use, easy to move,great built and it is safe to use. Am in my late 70s and he is older yet and we can use it without fail.
