Not smooth at all
The product description mentions memory foam but actually this mattress is not smooth but very hard. I had the worst backpainbecause of it not being able to move in the morning which never happened to me ever. I had to buy another mattress and didn’t have any backpain after changing the mattress to a better one.

Good value for the price
We ordered the 6 inch king size mattress in order to replace all the cushions in our motorhome. We are very happy with this product. It came quick. Took about 24 hours to get to the 6 inch. Cutting the sizes for different cushions was easy. This mattress feels a lot better than the ones which were in the motorhome. Firm but still soft to lay on. Have to wait till next camping season to try it out. It came with a very nice cover.

The mattress came in a neat little box but expanded to its full size in 72 hrs

I dont know how to fix this? One side is all wrinkled and not on the same level. Also this bed its very firm!

Great mattress for the price. The sizing is accurate for a king size (a lot of the other cheap ones don't fit the bed frame since they are too small for it).
