Made in USA - The Spike is Compatible with Hummer H3 (2006-2010) - Black Ammo Antenna with Removable Bottle Opener

Straight forward install. Take of the old beat up one & put this one on. Did not need to use any of the included sleeves or adaptors for my use on my 2008 Hummer H3 Alpha. I don't listen to radio stations, but I do have an Anker Roav FM transmitter that connects to my phone via bluetooth so I need an antenna for reception for that. I like the look of the factory radio and the sound of the factory Monsoon sound system, but the factory radio does not have an aux input. This little antenna works excellent for for my use case, in fact, it is much clearer sounding now than it was with the factory antenna. Probably because it was damaged by an antenna hating branch on one of my off road trips. Plus it looks great and fits the style of the vehicle very nice.

Five stars for great appearance and excellent reception! No problems with any radio stations as a result of switch from long OEM antenna. Originally gave four stars only because it was unexpectedly difficult to install on my 2008 H3 due to too-wide antenna base preventing complete screw-in. Not sure if different model years have different attachment clearances. Seller kindly provided second antenna after first came loose and was lost due to inadequate screw-in. I trimmed the replacement antenna radially at its base very carefully. It works great and stays on. I would recommend using *entire length* of screw and skipping use of the included spacers.Update: after a long winter of frequent car washes to remove salt, this antenna has held up excellently and I would recommend it.

Skeptic about this antenna after reading reviews about base not fitting through plastics base cover. Turned out to be no biggie! Pop off plastic base cover and waller out hole with a drill bit or whatever method you want to use. Easy but really shouldn’t be necessary for the price of this antenna that’s suppose to be plug n play. Mine turned out great but also has chrome cover and really adds to the look of the Hummer H3. Now for Performance of Antenna! Works Great and didn’t lose any channels. Didn’t have any static with stock antenna and didn’t have any with this antenna. Location outskirts of Oklahoma City. All and all would highly recommend this for your H3!

I get a little static here and there but it is way better than the 13" I ordered before this one. I live 40 minutes outside of Nashville and I am getting Nashville and Clarksville channels that I did not get before with the OEM antenna.

2008 Hummer H3 Luxury – BEWARE Antenna does not screw down all the way. I turned on the car and was able to pick up signal fine though. Not sure how I feel about it. I ended up wrapping the exposed portion in black electrical tape for some extra safety from the elements I guess but I really don't anticipate this antenna being a long term replacement. I would estimate that it maybe screwed down half way, maybe less. Kind of disappointed but it was too late to send it back by the time I was done messing with it. Looks good but if you say that it's compatible with all Hummers then it should be compatible and screw in all the way.

This does not fit my 2010 Hummer H3t without modification. The plastic/rubber near the base was too wide and had to be trimmed away slightly. While I prefer the look of the antenna, the reception in a Philadelphia suburb is non existent. I switched from satellite radio and found 1 and a half stations came in today.

I installed on my H3 Hummer and it looks great. Installation was very simple, no other components needed, great reception no static. Very Happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend to others.

This antenna turned out to be a great purchase. I replaced my existing hummer 3 antenna immediately when it arrived. The signals are great. The antenna seems very sturdy. It attached very firmly, and is aesthetically pleasing. It matches the OEM antenna well. Great value for the money!!!
