This is a firm mattress but has a very soft feel to it. It's a little heavy, but it's not unwieldy, still needs a good two people to manage it. Paired with a super soft mattress topper and some high thread sheets made it feel like a hotel bed. This is just as nice of a mattress as any other big brand memory foam mattress I've tried, at a fraction of the cost.

I have been sleeping on this for over a month now and I can confirm that this is one of the best mattresses I've ever had the pleasure of sleeping on! It is firm initially but the more you sleep on it but over time, it softens up and you don't feel any springs because of how soft the top is.I am also a big boaned broad at 6'0/very overweight and have not had a single issue.If you are skeptical about buying this for fear of it lacking comfort/not holding up, don't be! This mattress is fantastic! I have slept like a baby every night since I have put it up!

I’m positive it’s a great bed for a person preferring a firm mattress, as it is comfortable but, I prefer a soft mattress so I attempted to return, but you can’t return the item back in the box, however the company reached out to me and provided excellent customer service!

First night and I swear am in love with this mattress, love how easy it was to set up and how fast it decompressed to its full size, love how the texture is so soft and how sotf the mattress is, 💯 recommended.

I have had this mattress a few weeks now and am greatly surprised by it. I'm 74 and thought a mattress in a box would not be much....but I truly love this mattress! Great product and great price.

After reading all the reviews, I decided to purchase this item. I really wanted something that was supportive and comfortable. This bed does offer some support and comfort, but overall still does sink when laid on. I am a side sleeper, and I can’t stand feeling like I am sinking into a hole. You can also really feel the springs when it sinks. I did like the outer rim, it definitely keeps the bed sheet on securely. But overall, my main focus was getting a bed that had enough support to NOT sink. And this was not it for me.I will update in a few weeks, and see if maybe ive changed my thoughts on this!Update : after a month of having this item, the bed now feels better. But it still is on the FIRM FIRM side. I added a topper on the bed for some cushion and it definitely helped!! Would recommend just be aware this is a FIRM bed.The seller also reached out and provided awesome customer service after seeing my review. Would definitely recommend trying it out!

I consider a mattress a big purchase and I researched and read reviews, and frankly agonized over it, and chose this mattress. I also invested in a mattress topper. It was easy to set up. Expanded quickly and since we don’t have another bed we slept on it that night. I usually wake up several times a night I guess because I was uncomfortable but now I sleep straight through. I’m not going to say I wake up pain free, but I have a lot less aches and pains. It’s just the right amount of softness and firmness for me and my husband. He’s a back sleeper and I’m a side sleeper. As far as sitting on the edge of bed, I can see where that might be an issue if you’re used to doing that but I don’t usually do that so it hasn’t been an issue. It is without a doubt the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on and my husband has praised my research efforts after selecting this bed. I realize everyone is different and this mattress might not work for everyone, but I couldn’t be happier with my choice.
