stiff rod for hard striking fish
seems to be an overall well made product, my only complaint is the finish on the reel end is textured and not smooth. i know will end up with fish goo in those little spaces.

Light weight 7' Carbon Fiber Spinning Rod with Fuji Guides
This two piece carbon fiber rod is very well built and very light weight. I like that it is built on a carbon fiber blank with Fuji guides. It is designed for 10-17 lb. test with a medium heavy backbone and fast action tip. I will be using a 3000 series reel with 15 lb. braid for inshore fishing. The 7" will allow me the ability to get up to mangroves and under docks. Very nice rod!

The Rod is Great. I am a little concerned about Amazon's packing though
This rod is really nice and I look forward to taking it fishing soon. Though this has nothing to do with the product. Who ever packed this rod decided to put it in a 3 ft x 4ft x 6in box with a little bit of packing paper. Though the rod with case is about 3 1/2 ft long it is only about 2 in. in diameter. The box was overkill.

Great rod for the money
We are a family of 7 with my husband, 3 boys and 2 girls. My husband and 3 boys and oldest daughter all fish. This fishing rod is a nice addition to their fishing gear. It has a nice tip for sensitivity for feeling the fish bight. And the rod itself has enough backbone to bring in those larger fish. My husband says you can’t have enough fishing pole and he likes this a lot. Great value for the price as well.

Quality fishing pole.
Under close inspection, this rod is seeming to be made with quality materials including the Fuji line guides. I see no flaws in the workmanship either. I got the ultra-light version as this is my choice for perch and bluegills. It is still too early in the season to test it out on the lake, but I am very confident that it will perform at or above my expectations. This two-piece rod also came with a nice protective sleeve for storage.

Stiff rod for big fish!
This is a much stiffer action rod than you might think just looking at it. Well made and with a good feel, the only thing I would ask for is 3 sections instead of two for travel carry.Think "For big fish" with this rod.Price places this rod in the premium category - but it's built to match that price.
