The shirt seems well made and the fit is pretty good. I wore it fishing about 7 hours in the Florida sun and I felt pretty good, it didn't get too hot and I didn't feel burned when I got back. It's is definitely different from my $100 sun shirts from LL Bean but for $20 it's not bad at all.

We age by oxidation and stress. I'm fair skinned and burn easily, and have been lathering sunscreens for years when out mowing, yard work or just having fun outside. Sunscreens are great, but after they take on the damage they protected you from, they need to be washed off. You are left with a sea of random, oxidized organics on your skin (I'm a Ph.D. chemist BTW). I hate using them, you always miss a spot, they feel greasy, and you feel dirtier after working than just sweating.These shirts are AWESOME. I can forgo the sunscreen and wear the hoodie with the ventilated edge up under a ball cap, and can work all day with not a hint of sun exposure. They feel cool all day (at least here in NW PA 75-85F summers) working outside. Durability is great, as unlike using these for recreation or fishing, they do see some abrasion, but I have not noticed even on popped seem or hole in the year since I started buying these. I have five of these now, and love them. They feel nice too.

Extremely comfortable.. perfect length and kept me cool in the blistering sun all day. Wish it had cut out finger holes to cover my hands. But very good product. I bought another brand around the same price range and instantly regretted it.

Greatest shirt ever. True to size lightweight. Good looking. Almost totally stain resistant. You’d really have to throw some oil on it to get it to stain. Just the best shirts.

Fits according to the chart and keeps the sun off.

I bought this for a fishing trip for my boyfriend as a little surprise because it was going to be hot. I am SO glad I did. He absolutely loved it!! Best features:-perfect fit as expected-vents allowed perfect air flow on sides, back, neck-hood was shaped well and stayed on his bald head-no weird smell out of packaging-washed well-dried quickly after getting wet out on the waterIf you do any sports in the sun and just want to avoid a burn without getting too hot, this is the perfect shirt!
