I have always wanted a Bidet but my husband kept saying no, until I finally convinced him and now he says why I listened to him lolIt feels so nice to sit on a warm toilet specially here in Alaska even during summer the toilet felt super cold. Of course I like all of the other features as well.

I have had this bidet for several months now, and I'm still enjoying it. It's still working like it did on day one, and there have been no leaks or other issues. The water pressure is very good; it's not too strong, nor is it weak. All in all, this is a great bidet.

I got the product and was excited but the T fittings include, is not standard toilet fittings. My toilet has 3/8 male to 7/8 female braided connector pipe. They supplied a Tee 1/2 male to 1/2 female with a plastic 1/4 compression fitting for the bidet connecting pipe, then include another T fitting with 3/8 female no rubber seal to 1/2 male for the toilet pipe and 3/8 compression fitting but the pipe is 1/4 that go to the bidet, This is useless, why bother.This is what shows on the website:Include Two Different Size of T-ValveThe package include 1/2 " and 3/8 " two different size of T-valve, can fit 99% of toilet. If you need other sizes of T-Valve, please let us know.Will update if I'm happy.I finally got time to get the right fittings, the bidet so far works great. The fittings that were wrong was an irritationThe bidet works great, the only problem I have with the remote is, it is useless in the dark, no back lighting on buttons, so you have to guess.

I like this bidet because it has all the major features I wanted at a value price. I can say the only downfall was I had to hire an Electrician to install a GFI outlet near the commode and I had to hire a plumber to switch out the plumber Grade valve on the waterline to the commode. It was a good investment in my house. However, I hope I’m not putting the cart before the horse; I have only been using the Comfybidet for a month. Overall, I feel it was a great investment!

The seat is very comfortable and the heated seats are very nice. I love the added features to turn the nightlight on and off to save power. As well as all customization for what ever your needs may be. I love that this seat comes with a deodorizer. They also have absolutely amazing customer service that responds in a very timely matter. Thank you comfy bidet for including two different size T vaulves it saves my the headache of trying to find one to fit my skirted toilet.

The installation is actually very easy. Simply unscrew and remove the original seat ring (and cover), then use the same holes to instal the plate (be smart to try both way to insert the rubber things - from the top or the bottom, the 2 holes on my toilet can only hold the rubber things properly by installing from the bottom). They provided both 3/8 and 1/2 connectors to fit different pipe size. Tried the cleaning and drying functions, which felt really good!

Had trouble installing, and had to get a professional involved. Nothing worked right. And the remote did not work at all. By the time this was determined it was past the 90 day return, by a few days. The company is charging a very expensive restocking fee. Only getting back $160. But I guess that is better than nothing. So, buyer beware.
