Loved this dress. I am just 5ft and ordered XL just to be safe. It is a loose fit but really fun to wear. Looks really good on with cute sandals. It fits me just a few smidges below the knee and very comfortable. I can see where for someone taller it would totally work as a tunic-like blouse. While not a real authentic handmade work from Mexico, even from China, it still looks good. I like it! The machine embroidery in white looks great against the grey and the fabric is light for summer months. I'm happy.

Not linen or even linen like, but pretty just the same. it's made of a light muslin like fabric. I hope the color doesn't run when I wash it. It's a very pretty dress and runs true to size.

Very nice color, well-made, keeps its color when you wash it. The inside stitching can be a little scratchy in places, but only when you are sitting. When you’re up and moving, no worries. I like the dress.

This little dress is perfect for wearing around the house, although it is sturdy enough to wear outside as well. It would also make a good swimsuit cover-up.The embroidery is very attractive and it fits well. The choice of colors is also nice. I purchased the grey and the red.

This dress arrived today and I really want to like it!! It's so hard to find pretty cotton dresses and this one had such a potential!!I ordered a red one and the color is not the gorgeous red in the picture, it's much brighter, closer to pink red. But the color isn't why I am returning it... It's the length... it is clearly knee length in the pictures, but the dress I got is barely reaching my mid-thigh. WAY TOO SHORT for me. Sadly returning :(

This dress is a lovely shade of red and the white embroidery is obviously machine made but still nice. It's also a stiff thick cotton. It's not flowy as shown on the model. It also has another negative issue: the embroidery is EXTREMELY itchy / scratchy from the inside which makes it unwearable in the summer. If you want to wear it in the summer You have to wear a t-shirt and shorts underneath the dress to avoid the scratchy embroidery. Unfortunately for me It's too late to return so I'm keeping it for fall Mexican celebrations like day of the dead in November. My advice is to avoid this dress.

Fit is nice...look is the best...the material is good...yet a bit heavy for summer in arizona...will be wearing it in spring and fall for sure!

I get numerous compliments when I wear this adorable dress that I bought in the color of red.. The embroidery stitching is itchy on my skin. I love the dress and did not want to return it. I remedied the problem by wearing a half slip. A full mini slip might even be better? Nice cotton/linen blend of the material unlike some other cheap polyester Mexican dresses I have bought in the past. Super cute but if you have sensitive skin wear a slip with it.
