1- star to 4- stars:At first, they were so dang cute! I had them for one weekend and unfortunately it had already cracked at a connection spot on top. I am not even sure how? They just sit there.I returned and replaced, got mine in the mail yesterday and opened today. A used push needle set sitting on top upon opening?? How does that happen? Along with that, a noticeable gap in the corner of one.Very cute idea, not worth the money for something made so cheaply as well as an odd/unsettling experience.Still debating on returning completely.UPDATE:The company went above and beyond, promptly after receiving this review. They never asked me to change my review. They offered a refund and took accountability. After a couple exchanges, I now see that they originally did not offer pins but do now which I think if a fabulous idea! Needles just caught me off-guard (understandably). They did the refund willingly and sent me additional photos on how to use the pins. Overall, just very impressed with their customer service and willingness to make this right and clear things up! I’m excited for them to make the necessary steps to make the product even better because it is SO DANG CUTE. Thank you for making things right! I offered and needed to update my review after this experience!I updated to 4 stars due to the fact they never blamed but took accountability and took the feedback to improve. Super huge in business! I trust they will make things better and if something does happen, they will make it right for you!

I am so happy that I finally was able to find this product. I saw it on another person‘s page and fell in love with it. Amazing quality very cute. Can’t wait to put it up in my little small business.

It’s very pretty! but in the second photo, the gold metal bar seems like it’s crooked? It lifts a little bit on the right and I wish it were straight. It does bother me (it’s hard for me not to be a perfectionist) so at first I wasn’t sure whether to return or not, but now I’m thinking of just keeping it as is because I really do love how my necklaces look!
