Kingston BrassKS1971AL Heritage Widespread Lavatory Faucet with Metal lever handle, Polished Chrome, 8-Inch Adjustable Center

This faucet feels heavy and strudy, while most components are made from actual brass, the tap itself is not.We received this product with the finish slightly smudged off. However, it was in a particular place that wasn't immediately visible so we decided to keep the faucet (as we live in a different country).

pretty much simple installation except for that drain stopper portion. Wasn't sure which washer goes where so basically it was trial and error. Finally figured out the right combo. Did I forget to mention that the directions for installation is useless? I guess the company thinks they are selling these to the plumbers who uses Amazon to replenish their stock....

The faucet itself is beautiful, but was missing a critical piece needed for installation. Kingston Brass was very responsive in sending a replacement part; however, the part that they sent does not match the part on the instructions. It's not a common part found at the hardware store. At this point, our bathroom renovation has been delayed due to this with no end in sight.

This is solid metal, very durable, very attractive. The product itself isn't just well designed, but the installation components are as well and include attention to detail that will assure the longevity of the faucet (like the underside of the handles). Highly recommend. It's pricey, but this may be one of those instances where you get what you pay for.

These are a little larger than I was expecting, but they look beautiful. Great quality and easy to install.

Bought this back in April. Installed in May. Very shortly thereafter we notice a slight leak under our NEW vanity. Had one plumber come in….could not diagnose problem. $250 down the drain. After a much larger leak developed, we had a 40 year+ master plumber come and said definitively the entire yoke or middle section was “defective”. Another $150 down the drain.Called company. Woman was very dismissive told me to reach back to Amazon.Amazon woman at the time told me there was nothing they could do.At this point in time, after a while of a bucket under the sink to catch leak, we had ZERO water flo through spout above.I contacted Kingston Brass warrantee dept. and they sent me a diagram with numbered pieces and told me TO FIGURE OUT FOR MYSELF which tiny pieces needed replaced.I sent diagram over to plumber and he listed parts 10-22.Warrantee dept gets back to me a week later and tells me it will take SIX TO EIGHTS WEEKS TO ORDER PARTS!!!!!!! For a main bathroom sink with THREE CHILDREN!!This company is scammy and just thinks they can wear people down so they give up and cut their losses…imho.Amazon has since helped me but who’s going to cover the costs of ALL THESE PLUMBERS??!!!!Through initial setup, two diagnoses, and then the removal and set up of new sink, we’re out around $900!!!!!!We’ve been going back and forth for months 😭😭
