This ball arrived deflated so you'll need to have a pump at the ready to pump this ball up! At first I was confused at the instructions, as it says to pump to 4-6 lbs.... I didn't know pounds were a unit of pressure? After a quick google, it became apparent that this was in reference to pounds per square inch, AKA PSI. So make sure to use the PSI meter on your pump, and get it up to around 5 PSI to be sure.It's a great soft ball, it hasn't lost any material on top, and it seems to be going strong for now. Would recommend!

I received this item through the Amazon Vine programme.This is a nice soft-touch beach volleyball, size 5, with a diameter of about 8 inches.It arrives deflated but is easy enough to inflate, I used my tyre inflator and a needle valve. Needs 6-7 psi.Although the surface is "soft-touch" the ball seems quite robust and capable of withstanding some rough handling.My grandkids have it so it will in all probability get used as a football/basketball and anything else that comes to mind.Priced at £13.99 it's about mid-range for this sort of volleyball, Amazon has a selection of them within a few pounds either way. You can of course get balls much cheaper, but this is a quality item and gives the impression it will last more than a season. I like it, 5 stars.

This faux leather PU Beach Volleyball comes deflated, so you will need something to blow it up with.Being PU and not real leather it is softer and slip resistant, making it a perfect training ball.Once it was blown up it has remained firm, with no air loss after a couple of weeks and some use.The stitching is very good and the combination of colours make it easier to see in the air (which I like)Would make a great beginners or children's ball not just for volleyball but fine for horsing around in the garden with as well. Being quite light in weight it would well in a swimming pool, if only I had one!Well worth the current price! HTH

Oh how I like the soft material this ball is made of. It is incredibly soft and pleasant to touch, not like other volleyballs I played with. This doesn’t hurt your hand or leave redness on impact. It can be played with easily and does what it should do, flies from one to another. We are no pro players but this offers great fun in the park, at the beach and I think could as well be used by pro players too.

This size 5 Volleyball is amazing professional quality. The stitching is tight making it extremely strong and durable and it is waterproof. It is made of high quality PU leather and is very soft and does not hurt you arm. The surface is non-slip grip which gives you great ball control. The size 5 ball is suitable for all ages. Pumped up easily and didn't deflate after many games... a great item !

Nice and soft for the kids to play with, tried it on the lawn and they found it was much nicer to kick because the ball is bigger for them the normal footballs stung their ankles when they side footed it but this ball is a lot better for them. It has stayed up a whilebut hasn't been fully inflated for the kids.It's heavier than our other kids balls size 5 but the softer finish is worth it.

Volleyball is awesome!! We have a couple of balls and have started playing regularly as a family. This ball is by far our favourite. The fabric is ultra soft touch which makes it kind to delicate little hands (and us adults). It's so easy to use that with little experience we can play a full game without constantly stopping. It's durable, easy to pump up and delightfully brightly coloured.

My family and I are very active, and volleyball is enjoyable as a group for us. I ordered this to be water friendly, here in the south in our summers if water is not involved the heat during the day limits outdoor activities. This ball is perfect! It does require air and arrive deflated, an easy fix. We’ve put a good 6-8 hours of pool play in with this ball and it works absolutely fantastic!

This worked great for a party with volleyball on the grass. The bright colors were easy to see. It stayed inflated until we deflated it a few weeks later for storage.

It seems more like a soccer ball with a volleyball cover.It does have a soft touch cover, and it is nice to play with just heavier and bigger than it should be

You have to inflate it but it's easy to do. Works great, good stitching.
