Dopo 7 giorni di utilizzo per oltre 8 ore al giorno posso dire che si tratta di un ottimo prodotto! È arrivato in una scatola non originale ma ben imballato in condizioni pari al nuovo solo con un piccolo graffio sotto la scocca e leggermente sporco di polvere, difficile a dire che si tratta di un ricondizionato. Arrivato già con windows 11 installato impostato su lingua inglese (possibilità di cambiare la lingua in un secondo momento), unica cosa che ho notato di strano era il pacchetto office era disponibile solo in lingua rumena… Veloce, silenzioso e permette di lavorare circa 7 ore senza aver bisogno di ricaricare (modificando alcune impostazioni come sfondo scuro, luminosità bassa ecc..) o comunque sono riuscito ad usarlo in modalità prestazioni massime sotto stress e con una carica da 100% fino ad entrare in risparmio energetico in 3 ore e mezza circa. Conclusione ottimo prodotto per €610 euro in questa configurazione ne vale.

I bought the refurbished Surface Laptop 4 and it arrived in totally new condition. No scratches whatsoever. Windows 11 already installed and works like a charm. It didn't come in original box but that's not important for me. Original Microsoft charger in the box. The laptop looks premium and combact and has the "Macbook" look and feel to it. I have been using it for a week and it gives me around 6 to 7 hours of battery with average daily productivity use which is very decent. The touch screen comes in handy when reading documents or browsing the web and the screen resolution makes everything look like eye candy. The maximum brightness is not the best, it's a bit reflective even on Maximum brightness but it's not an issue for indoor work. It also came out of the box with Bulgarian language which was a bit of discomfort to go through windows setup with it untill I was able to switch to English. If you do daily productivity work and watch videos without intense video editing or gaming this laptop is ideal for you and it's provided here at very affordable price (580€).
