Amazon should take enough care about proper product delivary system .
I ordered this lovely and very useful product with another device and various like rolling another devices 7/8 items past one month.In this case ,The Red colour i selected. Amazon delivered me the product without washers and screws which was told in description. So I ordered for a replacement the two different items .But , Amazon sent me again with the same mistake , without screws and washers and the colour of the product totally changed , black , they send. The quality is not good , problem is on rolling, not free . But the original first came product was lovely , decent colour with 360° rotation . Very nice . Now , what a joke. Accessories not send, different qualities bad product they send .So I didn't receive the another replace different product, if they did the same mistake !Original product is superb .

360:degree wheel for furniture
Wheels are not so free for 360 degree rotation of furniture.

Low height at only 45 mm instead of specified 50mm . But wheels are good and rotating.
Using for sofa . wheels are good and rotating . But Height is only 43 mm to 45mm instead of specified 50mm . Screws and washers specified in the picture while ordering is missing . Refund not possible , only replacement .
