Description
- The sticks are made using carefully selected joints of topside beef of the highest quality.
- After each piece is carefully hand cut the meat is then marinated using a selection of freshly grounded spices.
- Once the marinating process is complete the meat pieces are slowly air dried for several days before being ready.
- They are then sliced and ready to be packaged.
