Well crafted
Had purchased a 10 inch, 78"x72" mattress. Packaging is good, vaccumm compressed. Laid it out and have been using it for the past 2 days. The size is accurate when laid, uniform thickness. The edges of the mattress, however, are not uniform and that is a visual concern.The comfort is adequate, lumbar support is good. The mattress do tend to retain and get warm and is uncomfortable in the summer heat.Overall, a good experience with the support team from Loom and Needles. There was a minor issue with the order details. They were prompt and ready to help.
