I try loved this bar. I didn’t have any high explications as the reviews weren’t positive but I decided to give it a try and I am glad I did. It testes super delicious. Of course high protein and gluten free is the reason I bought them but I didn’t want to suffer eating a protein bar. This one so delicious. The right amount of sweetness! I LOVE IT! I’ll order it again...

Excellent flavor. Yes it's chewy, but very flavorful and the "churro" name is appropriate. Obviously not the consistency of a churro but a nice flavor. They need to pack these with just a bit of packing paper. When it's shipped inside of another box and bouncing around, the soft insides get smashed and ooze out. Makes it a bit messy. This isn't Pure Protein's fault, it's just a step that needs to be taken in the Amazon warehouse. Really delicious, though, worth the gooeyness.

These have a 5 star taste, but tend to stick to the package in a rather stubborn fashion, which is frustrating. Not so bad that I won’t order them again, but bad enough to feel the need to post a warning.

Purchased the caramel churro flavor here because I had not come across it in the store. I do not recommend. The bar was exceptionally hard, most of these are on the chewy side but this one takes chewy to the extreme. Flavor isn't but but I can not get past the texture in the middle. Not for me, gave them to a friend.

This is now the fourth flavors I’ve tried of the Pure Protein bars. I like these for post-workout for protein, and just to help hit my daily protein goals - combined with having a lil “treat”. I was ahead of buying this specific flavor, apprehensive, due to the reviews. So far, I wouldn’t say this is my least favorite but it is towards the bottom. The taste is definitely good - churro? I don’t know about that maybe more protein vanilla caramel flavor. My problem with this one, and the reason I will probably opt out of this flavor moving forward is A.) Reviews were not being nit-picky - this bar is HARD. It’s significantly harder to chew, I feel like my jaw is going to literally fall off and if I have other flavors on hand I will avoid this one and pick another flavor just to not have to deal with how hard it is to chew. B.) The packaging on these bars sucks, the company needs to do better. There is a caramel crumble topping and there is no way to not pull half of it off opening the bar because it’s all adhered to the packaging. I think the company needs to rethink this flavor because I do think it could be enjoyable having multiple of their others but - this is not it. I will be finishing this pack, but not repurchasing.

Actually a lot sweeter than I expected. But at this price with 20 g of protein per bar, it’s a great option. Overall it’s still a five star.

These are CANDY! SO YUMMY! Just so expensive

I've tried a lot of Pure Protein's protein bar flavors and this is by far the worst one. The bars themselves have a strong artificial taste, worse than other flavors I've tried. The bars are also very hard and chewy. They also have this crumble on the top that flakes off every time you open a package, making a mess. I do not recommend this flavor. Stick with the galactic brownie, brownie deluxe, or chocolate chip cookie dough.
