POLO RALPH LAURENMen's Stretch Classic Fit Cotton Briefs

I switched back to briefs full time around 2021. The Polo Ralph Lauren briefs (both stretch & classic) are going to be my new go to’s. I must’ve tried dozens of brands: Me Undies, Mack Weldon, Pair of Thieves, Calvin Klein, Gildan, Amazon, and even some classics like Hanes, FotL, Jockeys, and Staffords.I ordered a 4-pack of the classics and another 4-pack of these stretch briefs in a Small (I’m normally between Small and Medium). The classics fit just the way I like them to, on the tighter side but not constricting. The stretch briefs were noticeably tighter; I’m thinking I’ll go up a size when it’s time to order more. Both materials were super comfortable, and the cotton felt high-quality. I really liked the rise of the classics; the silhouette of the stretch seems just a tiny bit closer to a bikini brief, but it might just be the sizing I went with.The biggest drawback for me is the price. Who would want to pay $45 for a 4-pack when you can buy a 12 pack of FotL for just about $25? Of course these briefs are much higher quality & comfortable, and the price point for 4 pairs isn’t terrible compared to higher-end alternatives. (I’m looking at you Tommy John… over $100 for 3 briefs lmaooo). I’ll also add that I’ve noticed the waistband rolling occasionally, but considering the quality of the material I’m thinking this is another sizing issue.Bottom line: These are my #1 recommendation for men’s briefs, especially for men looking for a comfortable alternative to trunks and boxers! Authentic Polo brand. These were Polo, not a knock-off. Similar versions in my local store appeared counterfeit.
