I am so glad I took a pasta making class facilitated by an Italian. He explained what we wanted to look for in semolina flour, which was a very fine grind, which is not the norm in North America. I did try another brand than claimed to be fine - but this brand is finer (very fine!) and what a difference!!I have a pasta machine and I immediately saw an improvement in the dough texture as it came out the machine. First single bag was gone in no time and I restocked with this double-bag option.Having a better knowledge of ideal dough consistency has given me confidence to experiment with different doughs.

Mi piace fare il pane in casa e ho provato diverse farine in commercio ma questa le supera tutte … è arrivata bene imballata rivenditore molto serio , per me è eccellente!!! La consiglio vivamente!!!
