Stitching failed. Seller immediately sent new one.
I almost never write bad reviews - but for £35 I expected better than stiching coming away at seams after one use. Edit: seller sent new one straight away. Now five stars.

Great quality backpack
Bought this for my son to use to for his engineering job which has already destroyed one bag. When this backpack arrived it immediately felt more robust and better built with double stitching on the main stress points.The straps are well padded with lots of adjustment to find the ideal position on your shoulders and back.The bag has lots of different pockets and fastening straps to suit all needs and is full of velcro strips to add accessories and patches.I feel that the price is excellent for this type of multiuser bag and I highly recommend it

Very poor description off the product.

Very Low Quality
One of the worst articles that I have brought on Amazon. The material is very low quality, the pocket tore within a week, threads started coming out from the fabric. The pocket design seems to have been done without thorough thought process.

Great backpack - feels solid
Very good backpack - has all the right pockets and storage needed for various bits and pieces. I think i can use this for a 5 day trip to Europe if needed so perfect for a short holiday. Ideal for trekking though as its solidly built and weather proof i believe (havent tested that yet).There is a slight plasticky smell off the pack but that soon dissipates.
