Goes moldy days after opening.
Tastes great, but goes moldy days after opening. I used it one day, and 2 days after when I used it again it plopped a bunch of blue fuzz on my Latkes and I had to chuck out my dinner, I think the wide opening means there's more air contact which makes it go off so fast.
