Worst AC Blue Star Ever - Would have rated -ve but option not available.
The media could not be loaded. I have bought this AC in June 2024, have been using the same it from past 5 Months. Their have been multiple service visits due to malfunction of the AC. The AC doesn't work as an AC but as a refrigerator. After usage for few hours it starts forming ICE on the fins of Indoor Unit and after sometime it starts leaking. Also it makes weird sounds which is irritating and disturbing the nights sleep.Multiple service engineers have visited but the problem still persists, they have changed the sensors couple of times, yet the problem persists. this problem started within 1 week of usage and still continuing for 5 months.This has been our worst purchase and we are now helpless with nowhere to go as the Blue star team is also clueless with the ongoing issue.I have specifically addressed the issue to their Zonal team on their Email ID but they have turned a blind eye to the same. Multiple tickets have been opened and closed with out a permanent solution.

Good cooling
Absolutely satisfied with the Blue Star 1.5 Ton AC! Cooling is super quick and efficient, even during peak summer heat. It runs quietly, looks sleek, and is energy efficient too. Great value for money and perfect for medium to large-sized rooms. Highly recommended!

Sleek Design. Excellent Product
So Far so good.. Nice service from installation team as well (fetched around 2600/- approx including angles of outdoor unit) , which was completed within 12 hours amidst unsuitable rainy and cloudy conditions.. The cooling is efficient that takes around 7-10 mins...5 in 1 turbo and smart feature and energy saver are excellent additions as well.

"Blue Star AC: A Complete Disaster – Worst Product and Service Ever!"
Worst Product and Service from Blue Star - Totally Unacceptable!I am beyond furious with Blue Star and their pathetic excuse of a product and service. The AC forms ice on the indoor unit when in Auto mode, which is outrageous! How can a so-called premium brand have such a fundamental flaw? To make matters worse, when I reached out to their customer service, they couldn’t care less. Their response? Simply telling me not to use the Auto mode – as if that’s a solution!This is a complete joke. A product that doesn’t even work as it should, paired with completely useless customer service, is nothing short of a nightmare. I expected much better from Blue Star, but clearly, they don't give a damn about customer satisfaction. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this brand. Absolutely horrible experience!

Worst AC with Worst After Sales Service
The media could not be loaded. Bought the Blue Star AC on 18th March, but used it in the month of May as it was not necessary to use the AC in March and April in delhi. Within a week or so the AC was creating problem like no cooling, heavy noise(as you may check in the video) and water leakage. Lodged a complaint and the engineer visited after 3 days and blamed the problem on the previous engineer who installed the AC. He temperorily fixed the problem but the very next day the problem becomes more worst so again lodged a complained...the same engineer came again after 3 days and was unable to fix the problem. Since than I was making a complaint to blue star but they are not able to give any permanant solution to it.....it seems like we have to spend our most of the summer days without any AC although have spent a hefty amount for the same. Won't recommend the brand instead go for a brand which has got a better after sales customer service.
