Merriam-Webster’s Spanish-English Medical Dictionary (English and Spanish Edition)

This is exactly what I was looking for. I am fluent in Spanish and well experienced in medical field however still find myself searching for proper terms in infrequent situations and procedures. This book has both English to Spanish and Spanish to English section! As well as multiple examples of the term which is very useful.

Brand new, but it came a bit damaged on the corners.Very, very small print, I have no problems with it now, but if I’m looking at it for a long time it will strain my eyes!!**if you have troubles reading small print than this dictionary may not be for youSmall size, but perfect to carry around and hold in my hands.A lot of good info, medical words first section in Spanish to English and another in English to Spanish. Plus bonus info like questions for the patient, phrases, symptoms, newborn and ER etc. although not sure why there’s other words (like roast beef, or pork) that aren’t medical at all?Using it for my medical translation program so I'm sure if will be a great reference to have/use soon.

The size of the book is pretty small so it’s easy to carry around in a bag or backpack. The definitions are understanding and clear. I would definitely recommend this book, however it doesn’t include medical terms like suffixes or prefixes.

I bought this book for my medical interpreting class. I have yet to find any discrepancies. I recommend this book.

I'm studying to do Medical Interpreting and this Dictionary has helped me out with specific words rather then describe what I want to say. Details are key when speaking with patients when it comes to what you need them to do!

Yo lo compré porque traduzco, en muchas ocasiones no entiendo términos de médicos básicos y con este diccionario, se me ha hecho más fácil entender, si te lo recomiendo. Llegó antes del tiempo establecido, te sacará de un apuro.
