Finally found a shoulder brace that fits! It took a few tries, because nobody takes into account the length between the shoulder and elbow. If that part of the brace isn't long enough it won't anchor around the bicep correctly and tends to dig into the upper bicep/armpit area. Which is very uncomfortable.Overall I'm very happy with the brace. If I could change anything, I'd give the strap more girth. It has stretched out and the velcro hangs over the edges and rub against my rib cage. Also, another piece of material with a couple of velcro attachments (like I've seen on other braces) to add more pressure directly over the Ac joint would be nice.

Bought based on positive reviews but... the single layer neoprene provides very little to no shoulder support or compression. Perhaps some gel padding might be helpful. The arm sleeve is at least 2 to 3 inches too short -- it ends in the middle of the triceps/biceps area instead of down to (an inch above) the elbow. The material gives off a chemical odor that may be irritating to those who are sensitive to smell. Did not work for me, had to return it.

Glad With the purchase, been using it for work, my job requires me to lift trash bags or recycle bags into trash bins that seems to be little to high. I’ve pulled muscle in my shoulder and arm ,it has given me support I needed. Thinking of purchasing for other side

I dislocated my shoulder while climbing mountains and this brace has helped me recover and it also helps me to keep the shoulder in place as I build up strength again. Highly effective, a true life saver!

The brace was a bit big for my shoulder and the strap under the arm was uncomfortable and rubbed the skin. I am giving it to my son for support of his shoulder as it dislocates sometimes when he plays basketball.

Horrible product would not stay closed on my husband's arm. Hes super skinny so theres no reason for it to continuously pop open.
