Very good
Purchased these because of the combination of a power outlet and 2 usb outputs.Looks and feels a sturdy product. Does what it says on the tin but only works with 2.4ghz wifi.I've taken off one star because the User Guide is very difficult to read due to translation problems. I had to read it a few times before I could fully understand the various sections otherwise setup was straight forward.The plug uses an app called "annhome" but if you want it to work with Alexa you have to enable the "Smart Life" skills.Would I purchase these plugs again - yes

1 socket stopped connecting to wifi after very little use
I bought because of the added control over USB ports - useful for usb powered LED lights.Socket and USB ports cannot be controlled independently - either all on or off, which is fine for my application.Disappointed that one socket after little use failed to connect to wifi.Update: After finding trying other generic smart plugs, I went back to these, as they work with SmartLife app, they are built right way up (for old house that has wall sockets low down), the manual on/off button is accessible near the top (so many have the manual switch near the bottom which can be difficult to access once a plug is in place) and the USB sockets are easily accessible too at the front, not round the side/bottom like others.

really smart smart plug
i bought these for my son's bedroom, theyare really convenient and easy to use! i don't have to get up if my son didn't turn off the lamp,i just use the voice control or remote control with Free Smart App. and also it has got 2 usb plug,i just simply use these usb to changer my phone or ipad, i don't have to buy extra changer for them! really worth to purchase this smart plug!

Easy setup USB`s are switched, uses Smart Life App
I already had a smart plug with the Smart Life App, to tried with that first. Same process for initialisation & set-up, SL App found the device and updated the firmware. I like that the USB`s are switched so its easy to set a timer when charging.

Fair enough for the price
From time to time they seem to turn off. Not that much of a problem according to the use I have put them too, but a bit inconvenient.

Ok, but wont work on Dual Band Wi-Fi
Its ok, however if your wifi is dual (2.4 & 5ghz) the device wont connect. You need to split out the 2.4 & 5G bands as the plug will only work on 2.4.

Great! But I wish you could control the 3 outputs individually
It looks nice and it works great. The app is very easy to use. I just wished you could control which conector goes off separately. Right now it's all or none.
