This was ordered for himself on his cycling trips out.Whereas the bladder pack is a good idea, when full it does take a lot of available space. It’s also nearest your back, so on a hot day the water is not going to remain cool for long as your body heat warms up! I suppose a solution would be to freeze the pack first, but then it’s cold on your back before you’ve built up a sweat.The tube mouthpiece isn’t the strongest and I can’t really see it lasting any great length of time, as it requires sucking hard on it, which after a time I can see it becoming less efficient due to becoming misshapen.There is a small pocket in the front for other items, but again the space is limited so apart from your ‘phone and some nibbles, not much room for any sort of food sustenance or sunscreen for a days cycle.I think it’ll be used without the bladder pack as a personal preference.

The backpack is perfect for running or hiking because of ultra light weight and also capacity for other stuff like compass, phone and wallet. The bag itself is very slim as well. Water bottle can be flat so do not occupy space during non-use. The water bottle can fill up 2L water which is enough for a full day exercise. £24 worth the money.

Holding 2 litres in the backpack, this does allow you to carry water hands free and take a drink easily the same way. The bladder is hung from 2 Velcro tabs in the neck of the back pack. The photos (there's no instructions, it supplied in a plastic bag) don't show where the tube comes out to be accessible tot he wearer, but there's a little flap our both shoulders where the tube can be treaded though, a removable clip is placed on the RHS shoulder strap to tether the tube- it can be moved to the LHS also and there are 2 extra clips which can be fixed to give more control to how you carry the tube.The stitching on the bag is good, feel sturdy and should take the 2 l of water and whatever other items you can fit into the small pouch at the back. An elasticated rope at the very rear will allow you to stick something in, but it's likely to be quite difficult to secure anything much there. The reflective areas are very good intensity and visible for some distance. They are however quite small and therefore you may want to have additional illumination in dark spaces.If you want to put ice-cubes in, that's possible as the water inlet is large enough to take a normal sized cube, take care not to have too many as you risk damaging the vinyl pouch walls and creating a leak. I would say it's good value for the price, but this is a heavily competitive area and whilst the features worked generally for me, I would have preferred the drink nozzle having a tap rather than biting down to open the flow, which I feel will firstly prevent others using it and secondly increase the wear and lead too an earlier failure.

This is a well made backpack with a built-in water bag. The fit of the bag is excellent with plenty of adjustment options for the straps and I found it very comfortable to wear even when laden down with water and other items.I've used this as a backup water supply for family outings (2 kids!) and found it to be fantastic in that regard. The bag has just about enough space to hold loose items like a spare nappy or two as well as a slim pack of wipes and nappy bags etc. The webbing in the front is well sized to chuck another bottle in or something. In all honesty it was easy to forget I was wearing it.For the price this feels like a decent quality bag.

I do a bit of cycling and there is nothing worse than getting thirsty and then having to stop so have been looking for a suitable backpack to help.There is a really nice small sized backpack that for me is just the right size without adding a lot of weight or bulk. It is well made and the zips work well. I like the small pocket at the top which is perfect for keys and my phone. The water bag is great and large enough for the type of cycling I do.In fact I like the bag so much that I'll also be using it on walks and times when I don't need a full size bag.

Nice looking and good quality water pack with a generous 2l capacity. Well made, good stitching and is comfortable to wear. Have tested it on a 25k run and had no issues at all, no discomfort and it was easy to drink from. No leakages.I have purchased these types of bags from many retailers in the past and this one is perfectly adequate and does exactly the same job as the ones from high street retailers. Very happy with it.
