IncipioVCHT-313 Carrying Case for Smartphones - Retail Packaging

This is the best case I've ever had!! And I hate phone cases.1. I've gotten so many compliments on the weight and sleek design of my phone. I didn't want to lose that and this case keeps it thin while still providing great coverage.2. The color is really vibrant and pops, but the grey helps to even out the loudness of the hot yellow color.3. Not only is the protection great on this case, but the first silicone layer acts like a skin more than a case. It feels like the phone alone is in my hand instead of a big, bulky case.4. The case makes the buttons so much easier to press. I was struggling with the power and camera button until I got this phone.5. All ports are accessible and it just looks so good on my phone!The only con I have about this case is the so-called free screen protector that's included in the package. There are no instructions as to how to apply it and it's too thick. It was very bubbly on my phone and made my phone so unattractive, so I just took it off. I'm not big on screen protectors anyway, especially ones that are "free" or included. It doesn't even specify that it's in the package on Amazon anyway.Another great pro was the shipping!! I was debating paying $20 extra to get it next day, but decided to keep my money. I paid the cheapest ground shipping and got it the same day I would have gotten it had I paid the extra for next day. Don't do it if your state is anywhere close to the shipping state. My package came from Kentucky and I live in Georgia.I give this case all 5 stars!! Great product at a decent price!

I love the look, feel and overall use of this phone cover. My biggest problem seems to be that something happens while it's on that makes my phone think it is near my ear so the back ground light stays off. This happens when I am making a call to someone and I look down to put the phone on speaker or try to press a number button, but because the phone thinks it is still near my ear, the screen doesn't like up. I have often times had to rush to pull off the cover so that I can get it on again.I have resorted to just using the silicon cover without the outer, gray cover so that it is an easy peal back.It really does protect my phone well and I love the look, I just wish I could figure out this other issue.

This case is great, plain and simple. I've long been a fan of Incipio and this case is no exception. I got it for my wife's phone and she loves it. The pink case with the blue phone is really sharp, and I say that as a guy. :) The one drawback was the screen protector. The glass on the 8X is curved in many places. Why they have to do this, I don't know, but it makes making a screen protector nearly impossible. It just won't stick to the curved parts of the glass. I have to give Incipio a MAJOR thumbs-up in the customer service department though. I tweeted about the screen protector being a disappointment and an hour later Incipio's Twitter account sent me a message asking me to send their customer service department an email. I sent my information to them and they immediately sent a new screen protector out. The new one suffered the same problem as the original but they earned my respect by taking the time out to try to solve the problem. Don't hesitate to buy this case or any other Incipio product!

I am really impressed by this case. The overall quality is good. The hard outter shell is made of poly-carbon, a good material not very slippery, but you will not have a hard time getting it in/out of your pocket. The inner shell is made of silicon, also a good material that is very shock absorbant. I am also impressed with the shipping, it took a day. It came in a cushioned envelope. Inside the envelope the was the product. The product came in the original retail box. Very well done by the retailer. The case overall is good very thin, and good looking. It's much like the Otter Box Commuter series and for 20 bucks is around $20 less with the same quality. I dont know exactly how it or the screen protector fits my phone. It's in the mail because my 1st broke from a little drop. But I highly recomend this case, it's affordable, stylish, and will work.

The case is nice and does not add to the size of my phone, which is what I was looking for but I was disappointed by the way the screen protector was too big. The edges of the gorilla glass screen are slightly rounded and the screen protector did not stick to the rounded edges so it would peel off when putting the phone in my pocket. I probably could have cut it down to size but did not want to make the effort, and now I am reluctant to buy another screen protector because I don't want another one that is too big.

I wanted to purchase the Incipio HT-315 Feathercase, but I received the HT-316 Dual Pro Case, which is too bulky for my taste. Item seems well made, but I did not get what was depicted. I wanted a really slim case that compliments the slim design of the HTC 8x. The Feathercase looks perfect for that since I like to pocket my phone, but no the Dual Pro Case, it's too bulky.I went back to Amazon to see how this could have happened. I am not sure if this is a mistake or an intentional marketing trick to get the customer to buy the more expensive item, but I am not happy about it.Just be warned! Check the model number before you submit your order....This is an add-on after trying to deal with the seller "CellKäse". Since there was a mistake in the purchasing process that led me to purchase a different item, I should not be responsible for return shipping, but they refuse to accept shipping charges. Their response was very unfriendly and unprofessional. I felt like I was dealing with a DMV clerk. They were not willing to listen to my concerns. So I was forced to escalate the case to Amazon claims.
