I got it in easily with lube, it feels a little strange putting it in and taking out but it only needs to be changed twice a day even with my heavy flow, however it did leak a little at first. It did not leak while using the bigger cup on day three since I had some practice by then. I did feel the product a bit inside at first but that goes away. Might cut the tail shorter since it is too long. It is easy to remove but is messy to remove so inside the shower or over the toilet is a must. I used a panty liner in my underwear rather than a pad incase it leaked a little and I recommend liners because it has to be inside really well for no leaks but it is possible for no leaks with practice. It takes washing it super well, I use a cleaner for it and super hot water you could boil it too before use and inserting means using lubing it and inserting it which is messy and you got to wash your hands very well before and after, it doesn’t take that long to put it in after dried and lubed and easier to take out. It is still worth it so I do not have to wear a bulky pad ever again. I don’t like tampons either so this disc allowed me to be able to swim safely with little to no leaks. I changed it every twelve hours and I had no tss symptoms. It’s not as quick as pads or tampons but I like being able to use no pads or tampons just a liner if needed for less waste and it lasts much longer than any other type of feminine product and you don’t feel it after some time and can swim in it. Sounds like a win to me.

I have such a heavy flow and am very small down there. I also have an angled unturus so tampons where always painful. Let alone I prefer reusable to safe money and know what it's made of. I have tried cups before but it was a bit to aggressive , not painful just a bit to much for my size. I found this seeing it being more flexible and minimal. I ordered and within 10 secs it's in. Painless. Easy. And comfortable. I am an active person at a gym and I'll Def recommend. Easy to clean . I would recommend still placing a liner of choice just in case. Everyone is different.Tip:the "string " is very long and just peals out where you don't feel it. And enough to grab to pull. When inheriting keep string facing out. So make sure it's the last bit being inserted.

At first I was concerned about the quality because the disc is very lite and malleable. After using it with my last menstrual I’m sold and plan to buy more! I cannot tell you how awesome this product is! Not one leak!!! For me that’s HUGE!

Worked as described. The self emptying worked for me. I ended up cutting the pull string off cause it was irritating but it was fine after that.
