Best Probiotic On The Market
I have tried many probiotics in the past and they all constipated me, even when I ate a prebiotic diet. One thing that did keep me regular was eating Dannon Activia yogurt, but eating dairy products create a bunch of mucus in my body, so that wasn't the answer. So, after some microbiome research, luckily, I came across Friendly Force which is the only probiotic I could find that has Bifidobacterium Bifidum which is the lab or scientific name for Bifidus Regularis which is the trademark name in Dannon Activia yogurt.My wife and I (who are 65 yrs old) first started taking Friendly Force back in August 2021 and we couldn't be happier with the way our body's plumbing systems are working and..., I very rarely get heartburn or acid reflux. I can honestly say, that I believe Friendly Force has cured or healed the IBS I had for a few years. Friendly Force is well worth the price!Well...gotta go! (no pun intended). Gotta go and order another bottle of Friendly Force!
