This one has some good qualities. It does not change the taste of food, it is organic, it can fry up to 450 degrees F before it smokes and the oil breaks down, and the omega-6 (linoleic acid) level is low, around 13% and it is high in monounsaturated fatty acids (oleic acid) around 75%.

I was reading an article as I am always reading articles medical articles as I suffer with auto immune diseases and disorders and Recommended to eat this particular oil to its high anti-inflammatory benefits so I took a chance and got this this mellows and adds so much flavor to salads and your cooking I eat a primarily vegetarian diet. I roast a lot of my vegetables in the oven With extra olive oil and I use this as a little side topper so good. The flavor is so buttery and creamy even though it's a clear oil it gives that texture and vibrancy to your food that is not there naturally try this on a salad it is so good. It makes an enhances all the natural flavors of your vegetables just pop with flavor. I will definitely keep this as a staple in my kitchen.

I did some research on the best oils to use for varied cooking needs and this product was recommended. It can be used at high heat and that was part of what I was looking for in an oil. Being organic was another plus and I have used Spectrum brands in the past and have been happy with them. It has no distracting flavor. It is pricey, but a little goes a long way and this bottle should last me a while. It was very carefully packed (no leaks!) with large, thick bubble wrap.
