Aquatown Left hand Bidet Attachment Hot&Cold with BRASS Unibody Valve Housing and Ceramic Valve

I was skeptical about this product because the posting is not comprehensive and it is made in China. After receiving it I was thrilled to find that they included everything needed for complete installation, even a tool for the plumbing fittings. Great quality on the valves and hoses. Some products supply lines are plastic, these are good quality steel jacketed water lines. It took me a few times to get used to the product but now that I am familiar with it I love it! Nice warm water wash at adjustable pressure. Hint, since I live in a cold climate I run the clean setting on the unit before using the wash setting. This preheats the water in the lines so I don't get a cold blast of water.

We needed a left side control unit and this is the only one I could find. Installation was very easy and it has a powerful stream of water but it is adjustable to your own comfort level. I have not yet connected the warm water line and may not as the room temperature water is not uncomfortable. I put the cap on the warm water connection for now. Going to save on the T.P. big time. I will report back any problems.UPDATE! hot water valve blew out thank god we were home!

This was found as we searched for a left-hand operated bidet to support my wife's 'hygienic maintenance' after right shoulder surgery. The kit was complete as promised and installed relatively easily. In my bathroom, hot water connection wasn't an option due to location of the toilet vs the sink. Fortunately, here in Florida the water isn't too cold. There was a cap included to seal the hot water intake. The controls are relatively simple. You can control the positioning of the unit and the direction of the flow a bit and you can adjust yourself on the seat to refine the aim. I never had any experience with a bidet before. After this, I'll say that it does seem more hygienic than tp alone.

BEWARE! The product was fine for over a year. Then one day when no one was in the bathroom and no one had been in there for over 15 minutes - I heard a hissing sound and saw water shooting into the air in the room. I ran in the room and found that the Hot/Cold knob was pushed up and water was rushing out from under the knob. After turning off the water I saw that the valve assembly was neatly cracked all the way around the knob. IF YOU HAVE, OR WILL BUY, THIS UNIT, SHUT OFF THE HOT WATER VALVE AND THE COLD WATER VALVE TO THE TOILET WHENEVER NO ONE IS HOME.

We just received this today. I'm impressed. Not only was it easy to put in it had all the tools and even plumbers tape for the fittings. There were no leaks on the first try, and everything fit perfectly. We got the lefthanded one because the wife broke her right arm. She is very grateful for this item.UPDATE: The unit has begone to leak from the hot water inlet. I have this capped off but the water continues to leak. I have used plumber's tape and just the cap alone but no success. Water will leak within minutes of recapping. I no longer recommend this unit.

I have had this product for a month now and it works great. The installation of the cold water line was no problem. The hot water line was a little more difficult as the part I needed for my specific setup wasn't included in the box. Overall, though the controls work well and don't feel cheap and I've had no leaks in the frame. I would recommend this if you're in the market for a left hand dial attachment as they are definitely harder to find.

I bought this bidet because my wife had right shoulder surgery and needed a bidet with the levers on the left side. That’s the only reason I bought this bidet. It’s performance is ok and it is over priced compared to the other bidets available on Amazon. If you need a left handed bidet for whatever reason ( surgery, space limitation, or left handed) then this is the one, otherwise you have better alternatives available.

Had surgery on my right arm. This is the best investment I have ever made. Will be using this long after my right arm has healed. Have practically paid for itself due to minimal toilet tissue use.
