Car Windshield Sun Shade Umbrella is the best solution in keeping my vehicle cool. Amazing! The concept made it a little awkward at first, but took no time getting used to. It fully covers my windshield (VW New Beetle 2006). It can scratch your dash. I bent the handle the first time, but bending it back so you can collapse the umbrella for storage, made it really hard. So, I just rest the handle on the storage pouch. No biggie. It is sturdy, and hope it will last. I believe it is a good price for function and quality. I would recommend this product.

Being as this is a "universal - one size fits most' windshield sunshade it may not be a perfect fit for your vehicle, however it is the best I've found. For my Chevy Blazer EV it's a little wide and a little short and the vehicle's large dash display makes it tricky to get into place. The folding stem makes it possible, with the handle bent up and resting on the display top edge and with the sun visors down the windshield is essentially fully covered. The ability to fold it like an umbrella makes for easy storage although it doesn't quite fit into the Blazer EV glove-box, but it does fit in the door storage.One note of caution: measure your windshield before ordering. The flexible stays make it possible to allow some adjustment if it is a tad large. This beats the ones that fold into a circular shape hands down, an ingenious design.

Love! this window umbrella shade is amazing and Super Easy to use. If you can open an umbrella, you can put this in your car window. Living in Florida really makes you appreciate a good car window shade. Jut pay attention to the window size and the width of the shade; some car windows are smaller than others.

This product is not nearly as easy to take up and down as I had hoped. Once you bend then handle (as they instruct you to do, to position it on your dash) it is impossible to fully straighten the handle again, so it is very difficult to get the slider over that bump at the bend when opening/closing. I wish I had never bent it. Plus, though the description said it would fit my car, it is too big, and several of the outer spokes have poked through their covers, or bent/broken. It is such a pain to use that after a few weeks I went back to my old sunshade.It did seem to do a better job of blocking heat gain than my old one (the round spring-steel type), but it is such a pain to use that I would not recommend. Maybe if it actually fits your car it is easier to use?

I wish I'd taken a video of the initial try to use this thing. Nope. My first mistake was that I didn't read the sizing and just thought that it would fit my small SUV. Does not. This is definitely for a larger vehicle. So... I was so excited to get this product and in hopes that when I worked all day and had my car in the blazing heat, mind you this is Texas and it's hotter than Haiti right now. I struggled with the little red thing to push up the handle to open, even to the point that I got out of the car and pushed and pulled and squeezed.... that didn't work. Got back in the car and struggled some more. Thankfully it was only 6am and still not blistering hot, therefore my patience stayed and I didn't come unglued. Finally something gave and poof the thing opened up..... and then next thing I know I had to cram both sides to get both doors to close. This was a one trick pony. I gave it to a co-worker since I'd thrown the box it came in, in the trash. She's got a larger SUV so put this tricky little sun shade in her hands. I said a silent prayer and wished her the best.

Well designed, EASY to use, FULL coverage, COMPACT, Eloquent, Umbrella Sun Shade. I was reluctant to switch from the accordion cardboard sun shade to a well engineered product. I'm glad I did. First time, slipped it out of its pouch, held it vertically below the mirror and slowly opened it just like an umbrella (almost fully), moved it forward into the lower edge of the windshield and then up past the mirror, flat against the entire windshield, top to bottom, left to right, then fully extended the umbrella that gave it that glove like fit. Using the sun visors are not necessary. Removing was so simple. Nothing gets in the way. It effortlessly folds & rolls up quickly into it's compact size, used the attached velcro strap and slipped it back into it's pouch (sleeve). A pleasant surprise, it works!

This umbrella shade works really well! It folds up nice and easy and it’s big enough to cover my minivan windshield. Keeps it cooler inside. it has nice high-quality material.

Definately an improvement to previous verisions of this type of sunshade. More durable and thicker shade. Provides optimal coverage for the 2019 Dodge Caravan. Just needs a little dilagence and patience and it fits beautifully into the inner windshield and stays in place with the flexible bendable handle. It also includes an improved (fabric rather than plastic) sheeth that it fits effortlessly into.Just be sure to purchase the -Large- 61x33" size for the 5th generation model Caravan, and not the medium.

The product is an umbrella like contraption which has silver colour on one side.The fraud is that the two specific features for which I purcahed this are not present.1. The handle does not bend or adjust as shown in the pictures.2. There is no slit for the rear view mirror.Amazon should blacklist this seller for fraud.Returning!!
