You definitely need this!!!
No joke, this item is probably the best thing I’ve ever bought from Amazon. As someone who owns an old car (doesn’t even have the Bluetooth feature on it), this device has changed my life. I love that it allows me to be hands free more and it works just like an apple CarPlay feature! The only negative aspect is that it does lag from time to time and sometimes the buttons you tap don’t work the first time, but very minor problems compared to the overall use of the product. Considering the amazing price, I can deal with the few minor issues it has. Definitely would buy again if needed and highly recommend

Crappy phone call connection
Like others I got it at Christmas and it worked fine but now the phone feature is so bad I have to turn off the blue tooth and hold the phone to my ear. My other option is to reconnect my old Bluetooth and use it during calls.

Not recommended
This item had connectivity issues with bluetooth from the beginning but I didn't return it since it was a gift. 4-5 months after it is not even turning on. I do not recommend it at all

Not the best
It’s easy to install and connect however. The suction cup doesn’t hold if you have to travel any bumpy surface, mounting it under the mirror caused a frontal blind spot, it doesn’t or at least mine never would full charge and when it got to a certain point where the battery was low it would charge back up about 75/80%. Just wasn’t an overall fan of this item.
